I’ve ordered from this location a number of times and there’s no rhyme or reason to when it’ll be a bad experience. I had a few deliveries that were indeed freaky fast but the last two have taken almost an hour and a half! I live a less than a mile a away and only order delivery because I have back to back meetings and don’t have time to leave to pick something up. Todays order was also completely slopped together.

Horrible customer service and people skills and this is for the manger I think she said her name was Angie and she hung up on me because I ordered on Uber app and was directed to call store for estimate of delivery. She answered and took up the majority of the time telling me how busy they were that they couldn’t tell me anytime. Then at the end of all her excuses said the driver could call me when he arrived. I said “ You could’ve just said that in the first place.” And she hung up in my face. I was ordering for my daughter who never got her food after 2 hrs of waiting. If I have time for her passive aggressiveness tomorrow I may just show up in person. I definitely think people should not spend a dime here. Thank goodness Uber helped me cancel the order because they would’ve got 12.00 out of me if I canceled the order.

Their food is obviously amazing but the staff here is even more amazing. This location has the drive thru which honestly makes driving out of the distance a million times worth it sometimes when you really don’t want to get out of your vehicle and they are super fast. I spend $120 literally every time I go and tip $20 since they usually have like 6 people working.

This location is very hot or miss. Don’t order for delivery if you want your food in a timely manner (or at all for that matter.) The majority of times I’ve ordered delivery in the past few months nothing shows up. When I call to find out if it’s coming, usually there is no answer. Eventually it gets credited back to the card, but it’s totally random whether you’ll actually get the food you order on any given day. Like everywhere, staffing is obviously an issue. That’s fine and completely understandable. I just wish they’d tell you there is no delivery today instead of letting me wait and hope I’ll get my food.

The comments are true and accurate. It is genuinely hit or miss at this location. Yesterday I received good customer service and a good sandwich. I decided to try my luck again today. I received bad customer service and a sandwich with bread so hard it literally sounded like I was eating chips! Yes, it was that dry/stale, so much so it was crunchy. Needless to say I won’t be back and I don’t recommend anyone go there.

Ordered lunch to have delivered down the road, got a notification that my food was on the way at 1:50pm, needless to say I never got my lunch when I called at 330pm the manager was rude,. The manager asked me if I wanted my order to be remade and sent out and I said no my lunch is long gone and said I wanted my money back and it’s been 2 days and nothing. This location is a hot mess. I get under staffing, but I’ve seen other locations under staff and better customer service.
