I love Jimmy John’s. The customer service is great itself. But to order delivery, don’t ever do it, they take forever to arrive through Uber. I ordered from another restaurant and arrived within 15 minutes because I work and was on my break. Always order through DoorDash. It’s better that way. I used Jimmy John’s app because I received points.

Waited more than an hour and a half for delivery, called in multiple times and were told variously that the driver was almost here, that our address was incorrect (it wasn’t), and that there were no drivers available. We finally asked for a refund. It’s one thing if there are problems with a delivery, but why wouldn’t you try to contact the customer or DO SOMETHING to solve the problem with an order that’s just sitting around for so long? Why make up multiple stories about what’s causing the problem?

So every time I order from here my order is never correct. The last time I never got my chips. Today you decide to give me a fudge bar instead of my chocolate chips cookies. If I wanted chocolate bar I would have ordered it. Please do better because this makes no sense. Here is your proof in my picture. And the big John included tomatoes and other vegetables from what I can remember. This is ridiculous!!!!! please do not order from here, you this food is not edible. If you call the store the manager is very rude and will never resolve the situation.

I am very sick so I can’t drive right now and so I ordered online and I waited 10-15 minutes before I got any notice on my food. The noticed said my food should arrive between 4-4:30pm I ordered the food at 2:50pm. This is not okay shouldn’t have to wait almost 2 hours to get the food when you live a mile down the road. After waiting over an hour and a half they still got my order wrong very unhappy

I’ve had issues with my order from this same store the last 3 times I’ve ordered from here (unfortunately it’s the closest store that delivers to me). Most recently, I ordered delivery from this location on February 27, 2024. My sandwich arrived with a GAPING HOLE in it! Literally, right in the middle of the sandwich (see photo) – it looked like someone took a bite out of it, which was so unappetizing I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it! Why would this not have been remade before sending it out to me?? I tried to contact JJs to at least get a refund (and maybe a sorry for the inconvenience and disgusting presentation!?) and it has just been one excuse after another by all involved. Clearly the owner doesn’t care about how horribly this store represents JJs because in addition to submitting the Feedback form to JJs the same day of the order, I have contacted customer service by phone twice now to get some kind of acknowledgement (and a refund!) and have received NO follow-up communication! Nothing. What an utter disappointment and waste of time. I was trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s now been days since my most recent contact and have heard nothing, so clearly they just don’t care. At all. This location is an embarrassment to the JJs brand – do not ever go here!!!!!! I cannot tell you enough!

This delivery was the biggest joke! I’m a vegetarian and this is what they sent. Next to no lettuce and what was there was rotten. Took 40 minutes for them to get it literally across the street. The guy I think walked. I think I will never go back here. No thank you!!!

What a horrible place to go to just a horrible experience. Definitely no greeting you when you walk in the door even though they were not busy The man working Tuesday April 29th 1:15 p.m. and the lady working both of these people not the Hispanic lady , both the other two people total attitudes. One of them situations where you were bothering them by coming in to order their food from their employer. I definitely will not occupy this Jimmy John’s again. it’ll be on my do not go to list if you were smart you do the same. Food was not very great neither probably the worst sandwich I ever had from Jimmy John’s. You two employees if you don’t like your job at Jimmy John’s go find something else. Maybe a job where you don’t have to serve customers that way customers should not have to feel like they have to walk on eggshells because of you 2 people. Definitely avoid this Jimmy John’s location if you can there other dining options available. if you’re the owner I’d suggest getting rid of these two people before you don’t have no business left.

I have only ordered here twice for delivery while working at a site 8 minutes away from the store. First time it took longer than expected to get my food, and when it was delivered they did not mark it delivered…had no idea they dropped it off. Second time it took them an hour and 45 minutes to deliver the food. This would be terrible delivery time for something that takes longer to cook like pizza, it’s inexcusable for sandwiches. I understand it’s probably that they are understaffed, and I don’t blame the staff…but this location obviously needs better staffing, this is terrible.
