The customer service was good and okay. The first person who offered help was great but I wasn’t ready. The second person didn’t speak much but handled the business. I was in and out pretty quickly.
I got two scoops. The cherry jubilee was good. The chocolate ice cream was okay. Something was off and I don’t know what it was to be honest. It could’ve been my taste buds after eating breakfast. I’ll be back though. Until next time.

Dunkin Dunatsits been favorite place for me since been a kid love donats are the best here always took cold drinks from here always look up the screem before making detition for what i want to eat today its not working and looks is been like this for a while but looks they don’t care about custumers service as they been having screens off asking me on a rude way for payment when never Katy and Mariza needs to learn more about how to treat custumer’s at this type of location

We went to the Baskin Robins which is combined with Dunkin Doughnuts. Some of the ice cream looked old, the outer rim of the chocolate had turned a dark brown, close to being black. The service was OK and the store was also just OK.

I placed a mobile order. I got 2 large drinks but they were completely out of both medium and large cups. They are always out of something every single time I order. They also didn’t stir our drinks whatsoever.

I love that the coffee is less expensive than Starbucks, but I would rather pay more than be disappointed. I can’t remember the last time I visited this Dunkin and wasn’t disappointed (the only reason we keep going, they have donuts). The tables were dirty, which I could understand later in the day, but we were in at 8a and there were 7 employees working (5 of which were just standing around talking). My breakfast sandwich was decent but flat as a pancake. My Caramel latte was really good but the refresher we ordered was almost too sweet to drink. Ordered hash browns for the first time, incredibly disappointed. We only received 6 small rounds in the bag and they were almost charred and had a weird taste.

**Update** This location lost a star because once again, they’re terrible. I, again, tried submitting a survey only for it to tell me the survey code is incorrect. I’m not surprised considering the bottom of the receipt misspelled the word “email”. Today I got a bag, order #188, despite my receipt showing order #195. I ordered and paid for a breakfast sandwich and received a plan crossaint. No one ever responded to this poor review before, and since I can’t submit a survey, I won’t be surprised if I don’t get a response to this either.
Well, I was just going to take the survey on the bottom of my receipt, but the code doesn’t work, so here I am. I used my dunkin app today to scan my rewards and had read that Wednesday’s right now offer a free medium coffee to reward members. I mentioned it, and I was charged anyway. I read the disclaimer, and I met all the requirements, so I’m not sure why I was charged. They also consistently don’t have menu items available.

Order was incorrect and one item looked like food scraps were placed into a container, thrown around the floor and handed to me. Awful. Attempted to do online chat and ‘contact us’ and system was set up to fail, so everyone gets to see the poor quality of their food and attempts to ignore abhorrent issues.

My boyfriend and I always get the caramel craze iced latte with extra caramel and light ice, most of the time it’s really good from here, but it’s kind of a hit or miss. About 30% of the time the drink will taste off and bland, but the other 70% of the time it’s super delicious! Overall, pretty good!

On my way to work I decided to grab me a coffee and some bacon avocado toast, and when I finally get it it doesn’t have any sweetener in it. No big deal I circle back an park and tried to go in to have them fix it. As there drive thru was to long and I had to go to work. But there lobby was closed due to “short staffing” so I call their phone number an the line was busy. So I finally give up only for me to finally eat my toast to see the bacon burnt and barely on it. This is just weird to me, I’ve never Experienced such bad customer service. I wish I could’ve waited in the drive-through but I had to get to work. Waste of money waste of time.

In all my years of having Dunkin, this was arguably the worst experience I have ever had. I placed a mobile order about twenty minutes before arriving to the store. When we arrived to pick up the order, every aspect of it was wrong. I ordered two sesame seed bagels and they gave us everything bagels. The bagels were drenched with butter as it was dripping through the bag. I ordered 2 donuts and received 1. I ordered a latte with an extra shot bringing it to a total of 3 shots and it tasted like I was drinking vanilla flavored milk. Overall, this experience was just disappointing and not reflective of quality service.
