I will never order from Jimmy John’s again.. I place an order for a veggie sub with extra lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and peppers which I didn’t receive extra… My bread was extremely hard it hurt my teeth when I bit into it.. I called the location to complain and come to find out the manager was the one that made my sub…. If I could give zero stars I would… I would NEVER order from from Jimmy John’s again, what a waste of money I’m extremely disappointed… I’m definitely going to order from Subways across the street next time, I know my veggie sub would be fully loaded with fresh soft bread…

It took 1.5 hours for my order to be delivered. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half – it wasn’t. I ordered a cookie with my meal – didn’t get it. I called the store about my wait time and missing cookie. Best they said they could do was give me a $4 store credit for next time (my tip was more than that)! I order from this place all the time; and apparently this is how they treat their loyal customers. Sad day.

Ordered $65 of food for an outing, got to eat, and found 1 sandwich with mayo. Called and they said ok, they would take back. Got to restaurant they opened sandwich and said what’s the problem Mam? I said that no Mayo, and they stated your daughter didn’t say no Mayo. Staff was very rude. Should never talk to customers in a condescending manner. Will never go back.

I ordered the new Caprese sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. The salami was gray. The “balsamic vinegar “ was nasty barbecue sauce. Disgusting. I do not recommend it. I’d rather get ran over by a dump truck then eat there again. Good luck.

BEWARE when ordering online through their website. They charged me but never received the order. I called them right away as i got a text from my bank saying i was charged for the order despite Jimmy Johns website saying it couldnt be processed. I called them and after them passing me around to two different employees the manager said “call your bank, we have been having this problem recently”…. my bank is fine and it works just fine everywhere else. Nothing freakishly fast about this order lmao…..

Best sandwiches ever, and cheap too, first time actually ordering for myself rather than eating the catering my store sometimes gets for us, got help in crafting my order, which I had no idea how to make. Very fun and quirky employees, and special thanks to the girl that always stops by before her own shift at jj’s just a few doors down from where I work, very kind and chill, who helped me with my order today. 10/10 way better than subway.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered online, 2 times my order has been cancelled, once don’t know why, once because the delivery driver was too busy. This time they had no delivery driver and asked if I could pick it up, went to store and they said they didn’t have it and sent me to another store which also didn’t have it and sent back to the first store which DID have it. Used to enjoy their sandwiches….not anymore.
