What we supposed to get, versus what we got the first time; meat missing, no tomato requested specifically and it was only tomato and lettuce (instead of a vito). The second sandwich was missing peppers as well and had extra items on it unrequested. To be fair they did promptly send replacement sandwiches after we called. Found a green hair approximately 5 inches long on the replacement sandwiches, no solution offered when called again. Gave two stars because I felt bad for the driver and at least she was nice. You guys do realize people actually eat the things that are sent out of your store right?

Whoever worked the evening of 10/18/25 made EXACTLY what I ordered! I ask for extra mayo every time (usually in the day time) and never get it decided to make an evening pick-up order and *chefs kiss* I got my correct order!

The toasted chicken bacon ranch was good, kind of weird that it has lettuce, tomatoes, and onions… but oh well, flavor was good without the onions. The crew working there worked fast and have great attitudes!

Ordered subs for dinner. After over 50 minutes, We called the store to see where the hell it was, and to cancel the order. They called the driver, and came back on the line saying it was delivered at the rear door. Even though I specifically put “Buzzer at rear door” Nothing! Went and checked both front and rear doors, it’s not here! This is not the first time there’s been issues here! Stay far away from ordering here! We have the blinds open and nobody ever drove in aside prom people that live here!

Yesterday, my husband ordered a giant number 9 and I ordered a giant number 7. Got home with our sandwiches and opened up the paper wrapping to find that both were wrong. My husband can’t have jalapenos and his sandwich (labeled #9) was covered in them. And the sandwich I got (unlabeled) was not the Pepe I ordered. It appeared to be an Italian sandwich, also with jalapenos. I don’t know what the deal was with jalapenos. The boy making the sammies must have really wanted us to have them, but we never asked for them.
When we entered the store it was about 3pm and only one other customer in the store after us. No one seemed busy. We ordered 2 sandwiches without any changes or add-ons so how does this get screwed up? We spent $48 on food we didn’t even order. $48 on 2 sandwiches is bad enough, yes they were the giant ones, but would expect them to at the very least be correct. Things like this is why me and my husband are eating out less and less. Used to be 1+/week before covid, Now, maybe once a month. Likely less now because this carelessness and unprofessional work happens time and again. Tired of it.

Asked if they participated in the sandwich bingo that was sent to me in an email. Both employees had no clue about it. It was buy 3 sandwiches and get one in a reward. We choose to buy only one by the app. I went next door, but wife ordered! They lost our ticket waited for 25 minutes before asking for sandwich. Normally would give five stars. Today was a zero!!!

Absolutely love Jimmy John’s, just not the Forest lake location. Not sure why I continue to go back to this location, the bread always seems to be 2 day old. I’d say I’ve been to this location at least 20 to 30 times and it’s always not as fresh as other locations.
