manager is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to not only his employees but the customers too. he laughed in my face at me for pronouncing a sub wrong. made me not want to come back but i did and this time he laughed in my boyfriends face and refused to fix an order that they messed up.my boyfriend told them how he wanted his sub, and they even had repeated it back to him. then when it came out wrong they claimed my boyfriend didn’t tell them it right, and refused to fix it or make him a new sub. even if the customer said the wrong thing WHICH HE DIDNT, the restaurant should always fix the order instead of forcing them to eat something they don’t want? absolutely ridiculous the manager is on a power trip and extremely rude and disrespectful to everyone. i’ve even seen him mistreating his employees. he needs training in how to be a manager because he shouldn’t be one. he makes customers feel uncomfortable and unwanted in every single experience i’ve witnessed and been a part of. he doesn’t even say please thank you have a nice day ANYTHING i’ve never met a person so wrong for their job. managers are the face of the restaurant and he is giving jimmy john’s a bad rep and making you guys lose customers. insane

Sloooooow! I waitied on 2 sandwiches for like 17 kinutes at 11pm at night when no one else was there. They kept tellingme “a few more minutes” but still waited much longer. Freaky fast? More like freaky forget that…

I placed an order for one sandwich at 7:36 PM. By 7:55 PM, the tracker showed it was out for delivery. I live less than 10 minutes from this location, even with traffic lights.
At 8:13 PM, the tracker marked my order as delivered, but I had not received anything. When I called, I was told the driver would be there in a few minutes. By 8:20 PM, it still had not arrived. At that point, nearly 45 minutes for a single sandwich felt unreasonable, so I called back and canceled the order. As I was leaving to get food elsewhere, the driver finally arrived at 8:25 PM. I informed him I had already canceled the order and asked him to either keep it or return it. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating enough that I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Ive put in a mobile order a few times at this location and all those times I have yet to receive my drinks with the order. Tonight I ordered a bottle of sprite and one large fountain drink for my husband to pick up for dinner. I got home and asks where the drinks were….. they weren’t sitting by the order for pick up…. Funniest part is that there were straws in the bag! Come on guys it’s not that hard to put the drinks with the bags or read the order to completion!

Under poor management. Avoid going to this jimmy johns. Every visit I have a bad experience. Forgotten subs, low effort, and not customer oriented. The managers on site have horrible customer service, never treated right. Last time I spent over $50 here for my family and they messed everything up. They have horrible attitudes, mess up orders, and don’t seem to want to fix any of the problems.

It would be really great if it didn’t take so long that the ice in the soda is melted AND the sub is warm. It’s gotten worse since they started using Uber to deliver it. I love jimmy johns, but I’m tempted not to order it anymore. Especially when it takes an hour to get our food…

I went in and I asked for a number 4 turkey tom with provolone cheese and I asked for giant. I placed my order first and 1 other gal came in after me and an online order came through. Those sandwiches were made before mine and I waited at least 10 minutes before I got mine. I ate half of my sandwich until I realized there was no cheese on my sandwich. I called the store and they asked me for a receipt and come in with the sandwich they never gave me a receipt when I paid or after I got my order for pickup he asked me to come back and bring in the whole sandwich to have proof that there is no cheese on the sandwich but the manager was there making the sandwich with the other gentleman and he can’t remember he put cheese on it? I paid for the cheese. I said well can I bring at least half of the sandwich in because I already ate half and he told me no he needs the whole sandwich to have proof to remake it. WOW! I called 15 min later after I got home. So mind you this all took place within 15 min
