Never seen so many employees “working” yet not actually doing any work. We were ignored while attempting to place our order as the employees were more embroiled in conversations with eachother about their own drama. The cashier acted like we were intruding on her personal time when she finally acknowledged us and took our order. Lovely surly personality. Our two sandwiches took over 10 mins to be made even though the place was completely empty and again there were at least 6 employees standing around just talking. Completely unprofessional setting. No plans of ever going back.

The service was excellent! Staff is super nice and really helpful. I visited a few days ago and wasn’t sure what to get, but I was helped to figure out what I wanted. They also don’t skimp on the portions. They pack up your sandwich up! We totally recommend!

eeeeeeI visited the store on Jan. 9th. and got the tuna club sandwich. the sandwich order tasted unbelievably disgusting. I asked for another but I was on my lunch break so it had to wait. They said they would “fix the mistake and replace the sandhichnt. I calRhe coprporate office led today and they said there was no record.They could tell I called and what I ordered but because the person didnt include what he did I The person who made the mistake forgot to put it the system. This is basically stealing from me. I will never visit your store again and I will make sure to tell everyone I come across my story about how Jimmy johns took my money and didn’t deliver the product.

I placed an order for delivery to leave at my door. I also paid close attention to the tracker it said it was out for delivery. After 10 minutes went by I checked to see if it had arrived. It had not so I waited another 10 minutes and checked again while still paying attention to the tracker. 22 minutes after it was out for delivery it showed that it had arrived. Yet there was no food. When I called the store I was told that it was delivered to either my back or my side door. (I don’t have a back door) I checked both my front door and my side door again. Still no food. I was told that they would not send their driver out again to deliver my food, but I would receive a refund. I’m very frustrated and hungry! Shame on you Jimmy John’s! That is terrible service!

Would be nice if an online order took priority over people walking in. I ordered online, waited 10 mins to drive there and then waited in the building as people walk in, ordered and got their sandwiches prior to me. Same with people going through the drive through. I order often and this is not the first time this has happened.

Simple lunch order turns into fiasco!I just ordered online for delivery. I got the wrong sandwich (no avocado on sandwich ) and no mustard packets. All on receipt, all Delivered 20 minutes after I ordered. (I thought it was supposed to be freaky fast?) I called and politely told the very impatient employee of my plight. He was rude and blaming. Seriously? This is how we now treat our customers? New sandwich came and the delivery demanded the old sandwich so his boss could see it. I was very nice, patient through the ordeal but now I am just feeling upset and like my lunch was ruined :/ Not sure if I will ever order for delivery again.

Ordered two giant sandwiches, drovr home with gas$5/ gallon and brought them back because they were the wrong sandwiches. Wanted them remade, never took a bite out of them and the owner refused. So I demanded a refund. If that’s how they conduct their business to customers they’d fail if it wasn’t a food joint.
