Decided to stop for an early dinner with my friends after a day out. While inside it seemed the manager was training a new kid who had no sense of urgency to help the drive thru rush. We were told it would maybe be 10-15 minutes to wait. 45 minutes later we watched the trainee touch his face, pick his nose and run his gloved hands through his hair all while making out food. The best suprise was the paper still left on the cheese in all of our sandwiches. Pretty good laugh on the car ride home. Hope that guy can get a job where he doesn’t have to touch peoples food after digging for gold.

Stopped here for lunch and all three of our sandwiches were filled with brown and spotted lettuce. Like over half of the lettuce was like this. It looked awful. Barely any meat and it was all in the middle of our sandwiches. Normally we love Jimmy John’s and had never had a bad experience, but the lettuce was so obviously bad. Very surprised we were served it. I feel bad saying something bad about this business, but that lettuce is not good to be in sandwiches and can make someone sick. Hopefully today was just an off day for them.

I’m not normally one to complain or write a review, but this experience warrants one. I did a pick up order. I will attach the receipt and time stamps. I waited AN HOUR for one sandwich. They weren’t even busy. I ordered an 8” beach club (extra mayo, cut in half, and to include napkins). I received no mayo no avocado, not cut in half, and no napkins. I also only received one tomato and one cucumber. The service was crap. The first guy who gave me the sandwich literally said “here” and then shut the window. I was honestly in shock because I have done pick ups before and had no issue at the Plover location. Steer clear of this location.
