Their sandwiches are some of the best, if you’re looking for cold cut based sandwiches. The bread is always baked fresh. The meats are great. The vegetables are always freshly cut. The service is indeed freaky fast.

It was my first time at this Jimmy Johns. I doubt I will be going back. Special ordered a gargantuan with extras. What I got was a complete mess and not what I ordered in the slightest. Still got charges for all the extras, to bad the ability to read is not required to work here. Waste if my time, money, and taste buds.

They delivered my order to the wrong address twice. After calling both times they stated they delivered it and there was nothing else they could do. I was sitting by my door the entire time and no one delivered anything. The manager then stated I was the problem and calling them is keeping them from doing their job. Never got my order or a refund.

The Marshfield location is freaky SLOW.
Ordered a delivery for business meeting, order was delivered 1/2 hour late and the meeting was over by the time it arrived.
No napkins were given. Do we need to order those now?

The food is always good and consistently prepared. Service is friendly, fast, and reliable. Prices are a bit higher than competitors, but well worth it.

The service itself was terrible as corporate manager decides voiding our order instead of tactically telling us they can’t deliver. Ultimately forcing a disabled person leave the house to pick up an order that he again had to pay twice to an already paid order. They recharged the same card now tieing up the fund twice over.
He paid twice for one order while almost falling if he didn’t notice the sidewalk. A small cardboard isn’t enough of a warning especially if it’s with ink pen.
The new corporate manager isn’t right for Marshfield and is giving terrible service. If you’re not 5 minutes in front of your door. I’d not bother ordering or getting this “delivery” service anymore. They used to be great now not even worth buying.

They’ve only messed my order up one time in 2 years and they courteously corrected it right away. Friendly, prompt staff. Good food in a timely fashion.

Overall it was good. Just a regular Jimmy Johns. One thing we noticed was that we got our food at 4:05 and ate inside and by 4:20 the person at the register was turning people away saying they were closed. Unsure what that was about. Also worth mentioning that there was only 1 high chair available for use.

I stopped in three weeks back. Noted they were fixing the cement in front of the door.
Wife went there today. There is a piece of cardboard that is in the lower part of the door warning of the hole in the concrete. The door was open, so my wife did not see the sign. She tripped on the hole, but fortunately caught herself.
Totally understand acceptable hazard for the public.
There is no reason that this is not covered.
