Not busy when we arrived=no wait. Easy to order, clear menu, super clean and excellent friendly helpful staff!!! Great place and glad to have another choice in Reedsburg.

Knocked it out of the park every time so far. Ordered delivery once and it took a little longer than normal, but considering they only had 1 driver and recently opened i expected that and did not mind at all. So happy to have another dining option in this town!

This is my second time ordering and jimmy John’s in reedsburg Wi. I understand they have just opened but both time my order has not been right or it’s missing items. The first order we didn’t even get the right sub that was order and the second order is we are missing a whole sub. I understand it’s a new staff and new store but the fact that we can’t get the orders right is kind of an issue. I will just make the extra drive and go back to the Jimmy John’s in Baraboo.

If I could give this a no star I would. Went there Satuday afternoon in the driveway and the male that was taking orders sounded high and he kept asking me to repeat my order request. There was not any friendly customer service etiquette present none whatsoever. He had a slight attitude and was rude. I decided I wont spend money at this location. They higher teenagers that dont want to work or have the decency of being family friendly. The guy literally kept having me repeat a turkey sandwich request and then sounded like he had a chip on his shoulder. Id never want anyone to make my food with this type of demeanor. Never visiting this place.
