First time here in years. Customer service was on point was greeted as I walked in the door, it was genuine, nothing rehearsed. The cashier, pointed out the new items. I chose my sandwich, paid for it, before I could sit down my order was ready. The meat and I gredients were fresh. Didn’t know JJ was so good! Even the staff was happy friendly and welcoming!!!

I don’t think I would ever return to Jimmy John’s in Kenosha. the service was extremely horrible for myself a person of color.
Upon ordering I greeted my cashier he did not greet me back he stated what can I get you. I informed him what would he recommend due to me never been here.
He stated,’look up there it’s right there.
He was not pleasant.
Once I completed my purchase I moved to the side and there was a Caucasian gentleman behind me that was greeted very respectfully.
Once my food was ready he shouted out my order did not provide a bag until I requested
Did not put any napkins or sandwich dressing in the bag.
Horrible customer service.

If you want to be disappointed, order your lunch from here. Our organization has used them for many years however recently they have lost our business.
Rude staff, incomplete orders, and inaccurate orders are what we have continued to experience. There are too many great sandwich places around to waste our time, money, and businesses with them. They actually have staff hang up on customers when they call.

Half the time I order bacon, I never get it. The food is always good. But when you pay for extras, you better check. Unless it’s delivery and then you’re out of luck.

They did not offer to compensate me in any way. Always pay with your credit card!
After talking with my partner, it seems like the quality at this place has gone down significantly over the last few years. I never used to have problems until maybe 2 years ago. But he said when he’s been ordering sandwiches with meat, they come with half portions instead of what they’re supposed to. And they don’t do the mods correctly. My last sandwich had all mods, just not the one that cost extra. Looks like they’re probably trying to get their inventory back from the negatives with how they’re keeping all this meat people are paying for.

I’ve been eating here occasionally for a few years. Consistently pretty good! Recently was hosting a small get together and ordered catering. It was so easy – just placed the order on the app a few days prior, and then the day of I went and picked up the order that was waiting for us. I would 100% recommend having them cater your event if you’re looking for an affordable and quality option.

I don’t usually go to a business right before they’re closing. In this instance, it was Thursday at maybe 5:30pm. I had no idea they closed at 6pm. After we purchased 4 sandwiches for $60 we went to go sit down to eat. It was apparent the manager sent their staff to clean under tables right next to us and then stood next to us to talk loudly about how they were trying to close and made sure we heard. This was our first time at a Jimmy John’s, only went because we had a gift card and it’s safe to say we’ve experienced enough, the sandwiches were mediocre at best, poor way to treat customers, and we won’t be returning. The staff are learning awful customer service skills because of this.

have done delivery that was fast but when pickup the difference between day and night time workers is so different. daytime great atmosphere but the evening tend to be so rude when speaking to one another especially female that looked like had to be driver since was rushing out the door (who took order and very friendly)

This place needs a customer service training 101 class. It’s a straight up JJ but run by the walking dead. No quality, friendly, appreciative interaction. They chat among themselves about mundane topics but done even look up at you. Sad where we are going with this… C+
