I cannot stress enough how hit or miss this location is. Today was a particularly terrible experience. I ordered online, only to get there and they ran out of bread. They were waiting for the bread to cool. Which is perfectly fine. A minute later my sandwich appeared, weirdly fast for saying it was going to be a wait. I got home and bit into the sloppiest, wettest sandwich inside the hardest stalest bread I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s. I ended up throwing the whole thing away after 1 bite. Ordering online means literally nothing at this location. Do not waste your time ordering online, they will not make your order before you get there. I give them 20-30 minutes before I get there and the receipt is always still hanging by the register. Been plenty of times my order isn’t made and they are just standing around. By no means am I a Karen, I work retail, I get it, but there’s not a lot of excuses and I keep hearing the same ones.

Knowing they were going to be busy due to the holiday season l placed an order for three subs at 1:20pm, about hour ahead, to be delivered between 2-2:15pm. I needed the subs before I left for work so I figured I’d give them plenty of time and order ahead. My order didn’t get into the driver’s car until 2:30. 25 min went by still no order. So I decided to call them and the “manager” just said they are busy today and explained the delivery driver was on the way. I understand being busy but I literally gave the crew almost an hour heads up on the order. I live 5 min away and it took the driver over 35 min to drop off the order. Finally got the delivery at 3:05pm, basically an hour late which also in turn almost made me late for work. If I would have known this I would have just drove there and picked them up! Next time ill save my money and tip for deliveries when they actually decide to arrive based on how the sevice actually was. Honestly I’ll probably just order from Cousins from now on anyway.

It’s unfortunate this Jimmy John’s is my hometown Jimmy John’s. Every time we come here they are always super slow. Definitely not freaky fast. Ordered for pickup and they had probably 15 min head start. Got there and waited another 10 min. They had one person making sandwiches and two other people milling around. There were 3 people in the shop waiting on pickups.

On Friday I ordered a lunch while leaving the hospital and going to my office to finish working thinking it would save me time on going to get some lunch. An hour and a half later I called the store to see where my delivery was and he said, oh they are driving around, should be there soon. 2 hours I waited for my meal. None of the instructions on my order were followed, sandwich wasn’t made correctly, or cut, and they gave me diet coke instead of regular. The instructions also listed the suite to deliver to and where to leave it. I can see out the window, the driver walked in and threw the bag on a table near the entrance of our building. We have hundreds of people coming and going from our building in a day, so I leave those instructions for a reason. Our door is literally the first door when you walk in, so not difficult to find. I’m so disappointed in how this store operates and the time it takes to deliver. I wouldn’t be as upset if the order was at least made and delivered correctly. This place is ran by incompetent people who really dont care about customers.

Freaky fast and totally wrong. I don’t even know what this is, I ordered a #15, this looks like dog food. My son got his sub but couldn’t finish it because it was not good. I threw away $20 of sandwiches. This isn’t rocket science.

Jimmy Johns has SIGNIFICANTLY neglected the way they run their store and employees. I put an order in at 11:15am and at 1:10pm I have heard nothing and still not received my order. If you do not have enough drivers to deliver food then stop offering delivery. Truly ridiculous service for a company who’s motto is “freaky fast”

Delayed delivery, like so many others here, seems to be the norm for this location. Well over an hour to deliver a few sandwiches to a house under 2 miles away on a Saturday afternoon.

Not happy at all with their timing for delivery. I work about 1.5 miles from Jimmy Johns, and it took them an HOUR to deliver my sandwich and chips!! Will never order from Oconomowoc Jummy John’s again…
