I have eaten a lot of JJ. Usually the 8, extra Dijon. I saw the wraps and went for the Chicken Caesar Wrap. It was the best wrap I have ever had! Hands down! The two guys working the entire place were exceptional! Thank you! I will return for more! Best JJ crew in SE Wisconsin!

There is no option for 0 stars. Placed an online order and waited 15 minutes to go pick it up. Arrived and person at counter said they were working on order…waited another 20 minutes (8 other walk in customers got their food in the mean time)….after finally getting food asked for the “manager ” who wouldn’t tell me his name…also asked for ownership name and he wouldn’t provide that either..

Freaky Fast? Over 45 minutes, we called in an order for 13 subs and it took over 45 minutes for them to assemble a bunch of cold subs and we picked them up so the driver did not have to deal with the winter conditions today. The cheese was good, the avocado had a nice flavor, the bun was hard, save yourself the calories pass on the bacon and the meat was your typical processed sliced turkey. They also forgot to put in peppers and pickles on the side. The roast beef is really good from JJ and I should of ordered that in lieu of turkey, my lesson for today. I also heard the Italian sub is good.

We ordered last night. My husband went to pick up and apparently there was only one worker who was slamming stuff around and being very unprofessional in front of customers due to the fact he was the only employee working. He got home 40 minutes later and gave me the worst Unwich I have ever had. The outside lettuce was brown and soggy, it was not wrapped well and I threw half of it out. We will never order from this location again.

We love the sandwiches and now especially the un- wiches. Instead of bread wrapped in lettuce. They are healthy and delicious. Put together great. Staff friendly everytime! My husband is putting our order in for dinner. Had them for lunch the last couple days.

My favorite Jimmy Johns location! From the moment I walked in I experienced great customer service! I ordered a number 9 and 12. The guy making my sandwiches made them so fast my head went spinning! Not to mention they were soooo delicious and fresh. From the guy cutting up the meat, to the guy making my sandwiches and to the lady ringing me up at the cash register..y’all made my day great! I will be driving to this location all the way from West Allis that’s how great everything was!

Ordered (in person) a #11 on wheat with no cheese. There was cheese on my sandwich! The tall guy took it off after I asked if it was on it. I ordered a pickle and was charged for 2 although there was only 1 in my bag (because that’s what I ordered).The tall guy voided my first check and charged me $2 less. It just didn’t make sense how if I didn’t ask about my order it would’ve been inaccurate. Im wondering if I supposed to request that my sandwich be cut in half or is someone supposed to ask me? Also your employees should not be talking over the food they are making and I was not given a receipt.

Ordered at 11:08 for delivery at 11:45. I called the store at 12:29 I was told it was ready and would be out for delivery on next trip (20 min). Next phone call 1:14 told me it was leaving now. 1:30 food arrived. I am approximately 1 mile from the store. This is not the first time I have had a horrible delivery like this however it will absolutely be the last. I won’t even entertain going back. If you order delivery I strongly suggest you do not pay with a credit card or add a tip prior to receiving your order. If I could give zero stars I would.
