Ordered online, showed up 5 minutes later, watched them make my order, then waited for 15 minutes while my sandwiches sat on a table because nobody could take the 10 seconds to bag up my order when they set it down. You need to get a mayo master in this location ASAP, 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches with both make lines running is unacceptable. Also, if you’re gonna let an employee with long hair work on the line, don’t let them put their hair in a ponytail that faces the front and hangs over their visor, pretty gross

I have no problem with stores being closed due to low staff, that being said I think it’s absolutely ridiculous they still allow online orders to be confirmed and PAID FOR in full, only for us to never receive the food due to the store being closed. The Google business hours are not updated, so it will specifically tell you the store is open. The online ordering will also not warn you or stop you from placing an order, even worse, the online ordering will CONFIRM the order for you and promise a delivery time. Our food never came, we spent upwards of $20 because we also left a large tip via the online ordering. Due to the store being closed, I will NOT be getting a refund until the store is back open. As someone who works in food service myself, I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I’m currently out $20, have no food, and have no way to contact the store to issue a refund until they open. I don’t know when they will be open next, because they refuse to update their store hours online. I can’t speak for the food or customer experience because I didn’t get any food or customer experience. Go to jersey Mike’s or subway instead.

don’t order delivery. I ordered, they took my money, sent me an order confirmation, and my food never came. says they are open on Google but come to find out they’re closed at random times on random days. maybe you guys should turn off mobile ordering if you decide not to be open when you’re supposed to so you don’t waste people’s time and money. listen to all the 1 star reviews, bad place

Went in a little after the store opened and there were 3 employees prepping and cleaning. One of them said hello and asked if I could wait while he finished something up. A few minutes passed while my daughter and I stood and waited (which was fine but someone could have stopped what they were doing to take our order, we were the only ones there). Anyway, while we continued to wait, one of the other employees started having a coughing fit. He failed to cover his cough and he was standing right by the bread. Then, he moved even closer to the bread and continued to cough (he did cover his cough that time but he was still coughing right in to the food). I couldn’t believe my eyes…. needless to say, we left and probably won’t return!

Absolutely the worst customer service. I ordered a #12 for delivery. I received my sub almost 30-45 mins later with NO MEAT. I called to get my order corrected and they stated “we put meat on every sandwich” so am I lying? They continued saying they would have another brought out to me. Another 30 mins passes by and I received the sub with absolutely no meat again. Who is making these subs to mess up not once but twice?? I had to drive my own self there in person to ask for a refund. Two girls were completely clueless on how to refund me my money and tried to contact management with no answer!! An hour and more I never received my correct order nor my money back.. Disappointing.

Definitely not fast. Took them 50 minutes to deliver a sandwich, and another 30 minutes to deliver the two cookies they forgot. The food was good though. I didnt even mention they forgot my straw.

We’re from out of state. We stopped here for lunch because we’re fans of the JJ chain. This location is the slowest JJ’s we’ve ever been to. Definitely not freaky fast. The food was good but the staff was not knowledgeable about the menu when questioned. Also they were playing music with lots of swearing (f-bombs), not at all family friendly!!
