I am a big fan of Jimmy John’s but my last 2 visits to this location did not live up to my expectations. I ordered a Turkey Tom with extra meat and the picture attached would indicate that did not happen. The previous daytime I ordered the Club Lulu and same experience. Very different experience when I go to other Jimmy John’s.

Just sat at the drive through for 5+ minutes with no answer or acknowledgement I was there. Took the order of the individual infront of me then he drove off and had me sitting for 5+ minutes right after with no word. Won’t be back again. You had nobody in the lobby i drove around and seen an empty lobby. Terrible service.

I don’t often order delivery but every time I do it takes 30 minutes to get my food and I’m ½ mile away. One of JJ slowest locations in my experience. Food is always good though.

Food is delicious and the staff has always been very pleasant to work with. Would be 5 stars – but the delivery I’ve received hasn’t been “freaky fast”. Usually 35-45 minutes. I don’t know if it’s where I’m located – or the fact that I have it delivered to my place of work and they are waiting to see if any other orders come in from the same location. Either way, it won’t deter me from continuing to order from here in the future.

Ordered online, showed up 5 minutes later, watched them make my order, then waited for 15 minutes while my sandwiches sat on a table because nobody could take the 10 seconds to bag up my order when they set it down. You need to get a mayo master in this location ASAP, 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches with both make lines running is unacceptable. Also, if you’re gonna let an employee with long hair work on the line, don’t let them put their hair in a ponytail that faces the front and hangs over their visor, pretty gross
