I had ordered some food for me and my boyfriend and had done it to the wrong st. Obviously being upset , he tried the house it. Could’ve been at as it was across the st. It wasn’t there but later. Calling Jimmy John’s , I was upset and trying to figure out where it went. And it was delivered to the wrong house. I apologized for being upset to the lady I was calling. I told her I wanted to figure out where it was and I had sent it to the wrong address. She said they could remake it for free and resend. As long as we could be at the door to confirm the address once it got there. I’m so happy this food place remade our ordered. I felt bad for being upset and just wanted to know where it was. They even sent a cookie in the order even though I swear I didn’t order one. I’m so happy and thankful that Jimmy John’s did this. I thank the person that was there this night.

A lot of us bombarded this place after a soccer tournament in Waverly. There were only 3 people working that Sunday but they did an amazing job at getting our food out fast! They worked super fast and were very nice. The line got super long but they handled it so well! The food tasted great. Great job to the staff!!!

As always, the food was delicious. The service was acceptable and quick enough but the music was way too loud… The staff refused to lower the volume at all. My friend and I figured out really quick why no one else ate inside, are least while we were there. We could barely carry on a conversation. Eating inside will not be our choice again.

Eaten here a few times with my grandma after taking her to the clinic. Food is very tasty, service is good, and everything has been clean as far as I can remember. My only complaint is that the last couple times we’ve visited they’ve played their music so loud that I could barely hear anything else and so I couldn’t really talk to grandma while we ate. Yesterday I asked the cashier if they could turn it down and she said they could but if they actually did I couldn’t tell. They could have also been a little friendlier too. I’d eat there again but only if they’ll adjust the volume to conversational levels.

Ok. I loved my sandwich. I got roast beef and besides asking what toppings they had, service was great. My only gripe, I bought one of there huge sandwichs and the ends were hard. I called in and the person who answered kind of spoke too me like I was special, so I just let it go.
