How do you have a store with no money in it to make change ? And your staff dosend even make an effort to check all the registers. And on top of that cant get the order right… for how much yall charge you should have much better trained employees

It’s Jim’s John, the portable throne company. Or it’s the sandwich company. I forget which one. But sandwiches are good. I didn’t think they had hamburgers and fries, but it would not hurt to check if they are out of pizza sauce before you order a large pizza. Oftentimes, Papa John’s has a long wait. It may be more efficient to cook some salad purchased at Aldi’s. You know the one. Is his real name James or Gilbert?

A lot of our employees regularly order from this Jimmy John’s location. Recently, however, it took 1.5 hours for our order to arrive. One of our coworkers jokingly commented “not so freaky fast today?” to the delivery driver, Shane. Should she have done this? Obviously not. However, it was said in a very joking way. In fact, prior to this, our interactions with him from previous deliveries were great.
In response, he left our business a negative review. After clicking on his profile, we noticed this is a recurring pattern—he has left similar reviews for other businesses. I spoke with another business owner who received a bad review from him, and they confirmed their only interaction with Shane was delivering food; there was no other business-related contact.
We called the location, and the person who answered confirmed it was his profile but said they cannot control if he chooses to leave reviews. While I understand they can’t control his personal actions, I’m willing to guess this was done on company time. Does this mean this Jimmy John’s location is fine with an employee posting negative reviews about their customers?
As a result, our company policy is to no longer order JJ as the same person owns all of them in central Iowa.

My only regret stopping here was not catching the lady’s name who helped me yesterday afternoon so I could give her a proper shout out thanking her! She was working the drive through, and was so personable from start to finish & always had a smile on her face. We all know the food is good, but that service made it that much better! Hope she had a good birthday yesterday too!

I already love JJ but the employees at this location have made my day every time I’ve come in. Today I messed up when ordering my sandwich on the app during my lunch break at work. When I arrived to get my food I was informed I accidentally selected the wrong location. The employees were super kind and understanding about the whole situation. I was able to walk out, with my order, not even 5 minutes later. Additionally, this location has the coolest looking building. Definitely worth stopping by!

They delivered my sandwich and it was incorrect. I called to let them know that someone else may have my sandwich. The manager apologized several times, he personally made the new sandwich and drove it to me. Customer Service is back! This guy went above and beyond to make it right. I am so happy that great customer service is not lost! Thank you for a great experience.

Can’t even do delivery themselves, keep sending it to Uber eats and it takes way longer. “Freaky Fast Delivery” is an absolute joke. It should never take 35-50 minutes for JJs. Not fast and not delivered by them… like that’s their whole thing and they can’t even do it. AND they didn’t toast the sub even though it shows it on the receipt. Just sorry as hell

Drive through is painfully slow and time I come here I’m waiting over 10 minutes to get my sandwich. So annoying. Go to any other location and you will get your sandwich very fast. Don’t know what’s up with this location

The person running the drive through wouldn’t let me have time to think, kept rushing me to order, and interrupting me whenever I tried to order my drink. They were extremely rude and irritating. Finally I just had to leave because they wouldn’t let me get a word in to order.

They delivered my online order that I placed two hours in advance, two hours late with no form of communication whatsoever. The food, once it arrived, was disgusting. You could tell it had been sitting out for hours. Absolutely ridiculous as this is the second time I’ve experienced this with this specific location. Their excuse both times when I called to figure out where my order was, was that they were understaffed. I try to be empathetic with situations like that, however, you had 2 hours to put together and deliver an order with one sandwich………. Make it make sense.
