I’m giving us a five stars anyway. I ordered at 8:30 p.m. and at 9:10 they subbed my order out to Uber never pick my order up, at 9:30 the manager called me and he delivered it to me at 10 after 10:00 even though it was hour and 40 minutes late he made a fresh sub for me and took care of me.

Placed an order for delivery, called about 45 minutes later when I haven’t received it was told they don’t have any drivers. Asked why they don’t communicate that and the girl said they have other orders and busy and hung up the phone.

Amazing place with friendly employees. The delivery driver made fast friends with my dog to the point where my dog even gets excited when I order. Also can’t beat the sandwiches, especially if you have any picky eaters. They have a whole line of plain meat and cheese sandwiches.

Drive thru was down, so I had to go in. The music was unreasonably loud, but the two young ladies were friendly. I ordered my food, got home and found a hair inside of my sandwich. So that was a waste of money but the hummus was good, not a fan of their pita chips. I would definitely encourage hairnets!

Did a drive through late this afternoon to only order one sandwich, number 14, the Bootlegger that is supposed to have both Roast Beef and Turkey on the sandwich.
Dropped my disabled friend off at his home in Stirgis. I put away his groceries before I left shortly about 6 PM to drive home to Colon. He just texted me about 30 minutes ago that there was absolutely no Roast Beef on his sandwich! Only the Turkey. Can you make this right? Where is the Franchise Owner or Manager that makes sure these young employees are doing the correct thing in regards to their job? They will not learn the correct procedure if someone is not available to observe them in their work environment.

Since they started using Door Dash, my order was not correct. They did complete my order a half hour later. Without any compassion.
Door Dash was a wrong way to go with their service.
I will not tip a Dasher. With the extra fee they charge, let them pay their drivers.

Placed mobile order and walked in they told me everything was in the bag. I get home and there are just sandwiches no chips or cookies. Lesson learned don’t take them for there word. Called the store and manager gave me a credit for missing items all in all sandwiches were really good
