If there was a way to give negative starts, I would. Ordered pizza for delivery, not only did they forget some items but our pizza looked tampered with. When called, they told us we need to bring the pizza back in for a full refund. What is the point of delivery if we have to drive to the store ourself?? Why would inpay extra foe delivery amd tip them if I can just go to the store and pick up the order myself???? Management is horrible and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She made no effort to even think of ways to refund our money. They Dldon’t know how to listen, interrupts when I speak and unwilling to show compassion. Never had an issue with dominoes before but after dealing with this, I dont think we’ll be ordering from this store ever again. Already called corporate and filed a complaint. Do not place orders feom this store!

I guess since I redeemed this Alfredo for free I’m entitled to an abysmal portion? EDIT: went another occasion and my buffalo chicken pizza didn’t have the hot sauce on it.

Absolutely terrible service. Placed my order with an estimated time of 33 minutes. Almost an hour and half later, I get the order. It was wrong, cold and old. I called Dominos and sat in hold for 10 minutes. They said they would send a remake out but it would be over an hour. This is how the food arrived.

I’m not sure what has happened to this location but it’s not good anymore. 2 times in a row I’ve gotten pretty bad food. First was raw I had to stick it in oven . Then cheese pull apart bread looking like this. I miss the old staff that cared how their food looked and tasted.

Been ordering from this store since we moved to statham and have had no complaints until our last 2 orders. First 20 orders were fine. Now, they’ve quit carrying ham, so no more Hawaiian pizzas, and then tonight we get a large Brooklyn pizza and it’s somewhere between and medium and a large. Not acceptable and I pass the pizza hut to get to dominos.

Pretty sub par experience today. We ordered two pizzas, both were poorly made. Giant bubbles in the crust and this one in the picture only had cheese on like three of the slices. I called and asked politely for a refund or credit for next time. The employee on the phone wasn’t super helpful and was kinda rude. Don’t know if I’ll be ordering from here anymore.

They just delivered a pizza with a cup imprint and beverages stains on the lid, and the top of the box was wet and was squished into the pizza. The manager just said quote, I don’t think the driver would do that and dismissed my complaint
