Me and my wife went shopping in Saginaw. We decided to get something quick for dinner. Google maps took us right to the Jimmy John’s. Went in to order and got to sit there and listen to some really good satriani. That’s the kind of atmosphere me and wife like. Took the stress of driving in that Christmas traffic right away.

They don’t add the peppers I request to be added Every. Single. Time. I ask for peppers and it is NEVER put on my order, ever. Why offer peppers if your staff can’t handle the addition? Left the sandwich as I watched to see if it was delivered but because they could not follow simple instructions my son’s sandwich sat outside for an hour as I watched the app to see when the delivery was complete. They never marked it off complete because they didn’t deliver as the instructions stated.

So the Freaky Fast motto is gone. I used to order and by the time I walked to counter or pulled up to window for drive thru, the sun was ready. Those days are over. I still like the food but no longer is it a fast option.

I love Jimmy John’s I have gotten the 8in Turkey Tom toasted about 8 times since they brought the toasted in and now today I am told that toasting it will burn the bread but the past 8 times it has never been burned and it was the best sandwhich I have had and now I am not aloud to get it toasted because they don’t know what they were really talking about when I said it has never burned before and has been perfect everytime.

I typically have no complaints when it comes to Jimmy John’s. I almost never have a bad experience, but lately I have been extremely disappointed in the pickles. I don’t know if Jimmy John’s changed their brand or what but the pickles are so sloppy and soggy that they soak right through the paper they’re wrapped in and half the time juice is just pouring out of them when you try to unwrap them. It’s disgusting and they’re not even crunchy anymore. Then today, I got the same sandwich I always get but the bread was so over baked it was extremely browned and rock hard. I ended up throwing half of it away because it just wasn’t enjoyable. Bread like that just shouldn’t be served to customers.
