I have not had this good of an experience with a Domino’s Pizza since the 1980s in another state. The Warrenton Domino’s is absolutely perfect in their quality, customer service, punctuality, the whole thing every time I order it’s always great. People order from these guys they’re really good and the new stuffed crust pizza is really delicious. I’m very impressed with it. These guys are dedicated to their work and they’re great people so I highly recommend this location and they set the bar for quality and customer service. Y won’t be disappointed!!

We go to KOA every year and always get pizza from Dominos. Clean inside and out. Super friendly staff. I always order through app without issues. Good to use offers inside the app to save $$. 5 starts well earned.

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times in the past three weeks. My go to order is extra cheese plus the shredded provolone cheese topping. To date the orders have had less cheese than an Elio’s frozen pizza.
This one piece photoed, I don’t even understand it. I just threw it away.
There are other negative reviews saying the same thing. It would be interesting to a comparison between extra cheese up charges to the inventory. If there isn’t a pile of shredded cheese at this location, it went out the door, but not on your paying customers’ orders.
You lost this customer. These up charges are not donations.

We used to order Doms a lot more, but these days more often than not, my order is consistently wrong, undercooked, or the app is messed up to the point you can’t order what you want anyways.
Today I went to order a pasta bowl and pizza. When I went to add the pasta bowl I chose alfredo chicken since the custom option disappeared and it didn’t let me put any toppings on it. Previously I would get spinach, mushroom, and chicken.
No reason to order here anymore.

I’ve been to this Domino’s about 10 times in the year I’ve lived here. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s bad, but this… This is a new low. Going to start checking my pizza before I walk out of the store

Ordered a few times from here. Able to order online directly from them and utilize the online coupons, DoorDash utilizes their employees as delivery drivers and you usually don’t get the ability to use coupons if ordered through DoorDash. Had a slight issue with an order last week, called directly to hopefully talk to someone. Issue was quickly resolved and the gentleman I spoke to was able to put my one item in to be remade and delivered again.

The Customer Service last evening is one of the most awful experiences I have ever had from anyone, ever! It became painfully obvious that there was no Manager available to assist. One of the delivery drivers, David, tried his best but to no avail. David then said, ‘Here, you can talk to my Manager’ who suddenly came from no where. I asked for his name and he replied, ‘I’m not comfortable sharing that information!’ When this no named so called manager than stated, ‘I’m not sure what you want me to do?’ I realized that these must be High School kids with no leadership and zero cares about the Customer.
The App Canceled my order several times even with Pending Transactions from my Payment methods. First time, it appeared that i was double billed, and I called the Warrenton, OR location to confirm. An employee confirmed there was only one order and it’ll be on it’s way soon. After waiting an hour, I called the store again and spoke to a David, who then informed me that the order had canceled. Frustrated, I placed a new order with the App using a different Bank Card. Same results … Canceled. I then called the store again, and asked if I could just order over the phone? Using a third different Bank Card, my order was immediately canceled while on the phone. I took many different screen shots showing your broken ordering system.
I am convinced now that your Ordering System doesn’t want to sell me a Pizza & Lava Cakes. So I then ordered “Door Dash” using the first (default) Bank Card your App canceled … Payment went straight through no problem. I’ll take my business some where else.
