Located downtown across from the courthouse you would think it would be better lit outside and in at night. The music was so loud I couldn’t hear the person taking my order. The staff, all 2 of them, were chatting about other locations and other staff. This wouldn’t be my first choice of locations among this city.

Ordered the $10 special online. Got the turkey Tom minus mayo. Sandwich had mayo. Two pitiful slices of turkey and looked like it had been stepped on. Gave the wrong cookie and chips. Only thing that was right was my drink, which I filled. I’ve heard bad things about this location but gave them a try. I regret it. Don’t waste your money here.

Their slogan freakishly fast is only true because they will only deliver 3 minutes from their locations I live in the middle of five surrounding my area not one delivers to me I live 5.5 MI from the nearest one the service is ridiculous it is very different between the day and the evening hours during the day they’re very helpful they can understand what you are saying they know your order as you’re saying it but if you go during evening hours you will deal with people who can’t remember your order when you said it five times because it looks like they went out and hit the pipe too many times I will say one of these stores in particular the food is good but I do not feel that it is good enough for me to drive out of my way for a sandwich when I can doordash or order something from someone who delivers to me just saying and by the way and these restaurants always look closed Maybe get brighter lighting maybe an open sign something that signals to people on the road can see that you are open because you always look closed

Won’t eat here because a staff member threw a fit in the parking lot because we were parked next to them. No sign posted anywhere that its reserved. Throwing their hands up in the air and shaking his head at us.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have gotten very soggy subs at the restaurant about twice already. So bad the bread is falling off, making a disgusting sloppy mess.
There was no mayo on one of the subs, so it was very dry. I will also never go back to this restaurant.
In addition to getting very sick from the meal, my mother became very allergic to it. I have never experienced this type of reaction from this restaurant before.
We also contacted Jimmy John’s and explained what happened with our food experience, but were told just to accept it since that’s the way it’s supposed to taste.

Order a meal . Driver was great . But called the store because my poweraid was just water to tell them they needed to change the syrup. They put me on hold for 10 mins and then it hung up.
I used to work here so really disappointed! Ordered again driver didn’t knock, text or call just left food sitting without me knowing.

After visiting for sit-in restaurants, we ended up at Jimmy John’s for dinner before our show. I had never been, but I had High Hopes from what my friends shared from their previous experiences. It did not disappoint! My kickin chicken wrap with the spicy peppers and tangy sauce were delicious!

I was never a big sandwich person, I originally ordered from here just because it was close and delivery price was reasonable, but this became one of my favorite places to order from. I order from here frequently and they never get my order wrong, and I customize the heck out of my sandwich so that’s saying something. The only thing they’ve forgotten in a year of me ordering from here semi-regularly was a single bag of chips. Delivery never takes long unless I’m ordering around the lunch or dinner rush. Another thing I appreciate is that they actually listen to delivery instructions, which I can’t say about many other places. I love Jimmy John’s and this location is a good one!

Ordered from here after a long day hoping to just get something to eat. Didn’t get most of my order and the customer service was terrible. They hung up on me, didn’t apologize once, and I’m sure I’m now going to have to just kiss my money I paid goodbye and nothing will be fixed. This place is a joke. Ruined my night. I’ll likely never buy from any jimmy John’s again I’m so disgusted with how this was handled. Do NOT go here.
