I placed an online order for delivery. I work just across the street, however I was by myself. Minutes after placing the order, it was assigned to an Uber Eats driver. 50 minutes later, the Uber Eats driver was still across the street, not moving, so I called the store. The manager, Ben, immediately knew my order and acknowledged it was sitting there. He offered to bring it to me once his shift ended a few minutes after that. The Uber Eats driver picked it up mere minutes before Ben was going to bring it to me and then delivered it with no apology, nothing. Ben was willing to go above and beyond for a simple sandwich. Although I’m upset with Uber Eats allowing such absurdity to happen, this Jimmy Johns and Ben are amazing. In today’s society, good customer service is extremely rare, but it is nice to find it here!

This is the second time i have gone in there and they could not accommodate what I considered a basic request. Today, I asked to add cucumbers and no mayo on my sandwich yet we get a sandwich with mayo and no cucumbers….just a blatant disregard for the request. Prior to my order, a gentleman asked to get a #4 toasted and they said it was impossible to do that….seems odd

Lastly, one time they were not busy and I made a simple request to double toast it but they said they are not allowed to. Look if they are busy i get it, but to just blatantly ignore a customer request and put their hands up like they cannot do anything when asking to toast it seems pretty outrageous, on top of their mess ups.

Im just going to jersey mikes moving forward, this JJ stinks

I agree—be cautious with their catering. They made a mistake with my daughter’s order and wanted me to drive 30 minutes to fix it. The manager promised to mail me a refund, but it’s been two weeks, and I haven’t received anything. I tried to call and he did not come to the phone – coward!!

Be careful when you place a catering order here! Had a catering order placed for 11am pick up, food was not ready till 11:45. I was told by the person that picked up the food the place was super busy. I understand places get busy but I had placed the order 2 days ahead of time, the catering order that was placed ahead of time for a set pick up time should have been fulfilled rather than orders for people walking in the door. Im so disappointed by the service we received.

Shannon is constantly rude and snaps at me when i correct my order? Several times there have been occasions between december and now where my sandwhich or catering is screwed up and i have to prompt over and over. Got snapped and even cussed at more than once. Need to do better as far as employees WITHOUT A DOUBT. Theres no reason a manager should be calling customers profane terms. Will be going elsewhere.

3 years ago this used to be the best Jimmy Johns around, now it’s the absolute worst. If I’m at Meijer I’ll drive to New Hudson to avoid the Wixom location. The food is terribly prepared and sloppy. The workers are unprofessional. They are often complaining while they poorly prepare sandwiches and then don’t thank you when handing it to you. This is a reflection of bad management and no pride in their work. Terrible store

Rude customers standing in the way. One took my sub. They remade it for me after waiting 20 mins. And then it was made wrong. Paid 10$ to have a sub that I didn’t order and ended up throwing out. It’s not rocket science. It’s a damn sandwich with a piece of paper that tells you what is on it. Come on

Disappointing experience. I ordered two subs for pickup – one of which was for my wife who had literally just given birth not 24 hours earlier. The online order goes through, I go to pick it up, arrive at 8:42PM and the place is closed – lights out, no one inside. I thought, oh man the online hours must be off. They must close earlier than 9PM. But then why was my debit card charged?
I call the next morning to cancel the order and mention I thought they were open until 9PM. Guess what? They are supposed to be open until 9PM, but looks like whoever was working the night shift on 10/14/22 decided to pack up early and go home. This was infuriating because every other place is closing and my wife, who’s still in the hospital at this point, is not gonna get her sandwich.
