First time going to this Jimmy John’s and I’m not sure the place knows what’s going on. I ordered the new wrap they’re advertising and it’s the size of a pickle. I take it back to the car and there’s 0 chicken just vegetables. I knew from the size it was off but how do you forget the main thing. Since I was on lunch and didn’t have time to wait for another sandwich, I asked for a refund. The guy hit a few buttons and said “it’ll be back in a few days”.. dumb experience and will make sure my company do not order catering from this location they suck.

Nothing like watching the staff sitting on the counters while your food is being made. The person at the register didn’t even stand up when to hand my sandwich to me. Just kept drinking their Dunkin’ Donuts in one hand and passed me my sandwich. If this is how the staff acts in front of customers I wonder what goes on when no one’s around and question The cleanliness.

I went in during lunch and stood at the register. There were three workers all deliberately looking the other way putting sandwiches together. After like 5 minutes of being ignored I asked if anyone was working the register and they very rudely answered they were “busy” of course you’re busy during lunch, how does that stop you from taking an order or at least apologizing to your customer and asking them to wait? I left and got McDonald’s where I actually was asked what I wanted and provided service. Lesson learned for next time, if you come in here expect to be ignored by extremely rude staff

Worst Jimmy John’s in existence. New ownership can’t even manage a 2 min/ .3 mile delivery. Ordered at 10:50 on 6/3, after an hour I tried to call to cancel but NO ANSWER, left a note on the door to refuse delivery but THEY NEVER EVEN SHOWED. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered delivery online. My food was supposed to be here at 12 pm. It’s now 12:51 pm. I’ve called twice… All all they can tell me is “it’s on its way.” They said they’re short-staffed. They didn’t bother to call ahead of time and let me know that… I could have then decided to make other plans. They only offered to cancel the order after my second call. What good will that do me? The food is made, I’m hungry, and it’s just floating around out there somewhere… They at LEAST could of offered me a coupon. That would have made me happy enough to give them another chance. But NOPE, I’m DONE with this location.
