If you come here every day for a long enough period of time, the employees figure out what your order is and make it for you upon seeing you. I have been coming for about 7 months, and haven’t ordered a sandwich myself since then. That’s how dedicated this staff is to excellent customer service!

They have been providing sandwiches for our Fall Festivities for the past three years. The online ordering is easy, pickup is flawless and the food is fresh. I made a mistake on my order date and time. The manager corrected in store and made all 60 sandwiches with her team in under 15 minutes. I was already tipping them because the service is great. I gave a little extra for the mishap on my behalf and their willingness to accommodate.

Don’t go to this Jimmy Johns location. Go to any other. I asked for my order to not have mayo or tomatoes. Both were on it. I paid for salami and I did not receive any. Also wanted yellow mustard and none was on it.
I go here once a week usually. I will not be returning since they can’t even make a sandwich correctly. If you want your food made correctly go somewhere else.

my husband got off late but got there at 9:52 to get subs and the cashier tells him she cut off the toaster over already. I will be calling corporate Mon. We order at this location often.

I called the manager and he said your lettuce isn’t wilted we wash it three times. It was nasty and they blamed me and didn’t offer any discount or refund. I won’t be ordering from them again and telling all my friends how awful the customer service was.

I ordered the 8inch country club with the bread out I don’t know if this is normal or just the location but for a $9 sub it could have had a little bit more meat for $9. Next time I’ll just go to Jersey Mikes where you get a lot more meat for the same price you pay at Jimmy John’s.
