I deliver out of the unrelated milford jimmy johns and have for over a decade. We received a catering order for my grandmother’s funeral and absolutely everything was perfect. The delivery, the cuts, the sandwiches, the help over the phone (from what I was told by the orderer), the funeral info (very vital for getting to the proper viewing)

I’ve been a customer of this location for both personal deliveries and company catering over the past few years, but my recent experiences have made me decide to stop doing business here. Nearly every time I place an order, it arrives incomplete. This restaurant has essentially received a bunch of free money from me due to these repeated mistakes.
Because they appear to now rely on Uber for deliveries and rarely have their own drivers, they’re unable to send the missing items after I report the issue. Not only that, the credits I’m given seem to disappear when I try to use them.
I don’t blame the staff, the food is made well when I actually get it. However, the way this location is managed makes me believe that their management team has no idea what they are doing.

This was the worst service ever and the workers were insanely rude and disrespectful. I waited about 30 minutes for one singular sandwich. Keep in mind I ordered online about 15 minutes earlier. So about 45 minutes of waiting. I had to ask them politely 4 different times if they were making it and they answered each time with an attitude and one of them told me to go home and make a sandwich myself. They were laughing, giving dirty looks, being so childish and making everyone else’s order but ours. I shouldn’t have to ask someone to make my sandwich almost 10 times. Do your job!!! I will not be coming back to this place. Worst Jimmy John’s ever.

Tried to order online. Said “wrong address for my house”. Called in order for 2 sandwiches delivered. Apparently my house is now out of their delivery although they’ve delivered here before. Picked up the order. “Toasted” sandwich cold and clearly not toasted. Called and was told club Llulu isn’t in toasted menu. See photo. Yes it is.

Place has let me down each and every time I’ve ordered (no problems ordering through DoorDash tho). Both times I’ve waited an hour, first time I cancelled after waiting that long and they told me their driver “got stuck at a train” LMAO. Hire children and expect childish behavior. Workers are very rude.

I usually do not come to this jimmy John’s but it was close to my work and I stopped there for lunch. The food was great but the service was amazing. While I was waiting on my food this young man who was in need came in and asked if they would be able to make a sandwich for him. Not only did they make him a sandwich they also gave him a drink. This honestly melted my heart and I needed to leave a review to show how thoughtful the employees are at this location.

“Freaky fast” delivery has become over an hour. You NEVER get sauces. I’ve ordered from this location several times and asked for mayo packets, but I have not had them in the bag one time. They are always missing.

Always love JJ’s but this place has 8 people working there on a Sunday and only 2 were actually doing their job. 2 employees were throwing baguettes at each other and goofing off. We were the only ones in there to order food at first and it took 15 minutes before we got it.
