I came through just after 9:30 and they were already closed and not taking drive thru orders, I’m a little annoyed that they close at 10 and we’re already closed almost a half an hour beforehand. Otherwise their food is absolutely my favorite “fastfood restaurant” in Monroe and the Kickin’ Ranch is amazing!

my mom and i went in last night to order subs, the cashier asked if we’d be paying cash or card, my mom said card, and i said cash and card. the cashier stated “i’ll just take the card.” leaving me to believe she simply did not feel like taking my cash. please tell your employees that if something is down, maybe try explaining to the customer why they can not take a certain payment method. her attitude was terrible, and the other workers were just sitting around.

I do not eat Jimmy John’s. While I do think they are delicious, I refuse to pay $13+ for a cold cut sandwich. However, I picked up an order for my sister through the drive thru a couple days ago. The food was made fresh, and quickly. The staff were very friendly and apologized at least twice “for my wait” even though I didn’t find the wait to be lengthy at all. Overall, one of the better drive through experiences in town.

The man who answered the phone this evening at 5:54pm on 4/30/22 has amazing customer service. I made an innocent mistake and how quick he was to take care of our order will be the reason I choose JJ over any other restaurant in Monroe. Worst Jimmy John’s experience we have had to date. Ordered online and due to the wrong picture online, the wife ordered a sandwich that was incorrect. Contacted the store and the manager on duty told us that we would have to return the sandwich. Not a big problem, however the wife called back to see if they could make something else. Manager got irate and started yelling at my wife and refusing to help at all. Have not had a problem with the other Monroe location.
