Absolutely ridiculous. Called in a three sub order. Only one was toasted which was a slim. They told me on the phone they cant toast a slim, ok regular size toasted with all the toppings was fine at the regular sub size price….send a worker to go and pick it up and get a slim toasted with no toppings. Called back and he said they charge $3.00 to toast a slim…we will never order from here again

Had the “giant” Italian sub. Yes, it was a lot of sub for just two people but well worth it. There was no skimping on the assorted meats or veggies, let alone the dressing. It was a very well rounded dinner, next day lunch and third day brunch. Even as it sat in the fridge the bread didn’t become soggy. Will return, as this was our first time with your establishment.

Go to another location. I realized that they handed me the wrong order, NOT my order, the first time in drive thru. I had to drive back to get My order. I ordered a Chicken wrap with ONLY chicken, lettuce, and ranch. I have no ranch, it’s covered in Caesar’s dressing, I have croutons and the balsamic. They need to pay attention, because I am an unhappy customer.

Went in today with my son to grab lunch to eat at home , I was rushed and have no clue why as I was the only ordering customer at that time . The cashier hands me my change and food was ready didn’t even take a minute to make and I see why once we get home and open our sandwiches to eat we paid all that for simply bread , no cheese even though we paid for it very little lettuce and 3 pieces of very thin deli meat on my regular turkey tom my son ordered the giant and no cheese and he recieved 6 pieces of meat for such a large sandwich that’s crazy . 34.00 for bread save your money go to subway .

I went through the drive thru order their new turkey club bourbon sub . Get home no bacon on the sub . So went back get the sub replace and if they could put extra bacon on the sub and I was willing to pay for the extra . They went charge me for other sub because they did have the button for extra bacon. They told wasn’t going pay for an other sub . First they forgot the bacon and I had to come back up there for mess up . Then they said something their waste . I had to waste my gas coming back up there for their mistake. We has customers service gone .

I went ordered lunch for my elderly parents.
I got to my parents and opened bag. They totally forgot my mother’s sandwich. I called store and asked if they would deliver my mom’s lunch since it was their mistake and lady refused and also refused to credit me back the money. So paid for sandwich I never got.
