Wow, don’t usually do reviews but here we go. Food was okay, but staff, service and overall experience were horrible. I’ve worked retail, I know how it is, but basic customer service is expected. Not rudeness and being mad that I entered the restaurant. I was given attitude from the start and at the end when I asked for a bag I got attitude and grumpy faces again. I said to my son as we were leaving that this might be the worst JJ I’ve been to. Their response as I walked out the door “then don’t come back then.” WOW, enough said. I visited store on 2/24 at 512p and will never return to this location.

Oh boy, where do I even start? I ordered a Turkey Tom with no mayo, and my receipt clearly says no mayo. Due to dietary restrictions, I called to confirm, and the manager, Sara (or Sarah), assured me that she personally made my sandwich and guaranteed there was no mayo on it. Well, what the hell, Sara? I’m literally looking at white cream in my sandwich.
Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she kept arguing with me basically implying that I was lying. Eventually, she stopped going back and forth and said, “Well, I can’t refund you, but I’ll make you a new sandwich.” I never even asked for a refund, yet she kept emphasizing it.
On top of that, I tried to explain that the other sandwich I received was in bad shape, but she completely dismissed me. Again, rather than listening, she just repeated that I wasn’t getting a refund, again something I never even asked for.
Honestly, some basic respect for the customer would have been nice, Sara/Sarah. I’ve always had great experiences with Jimmy John’s until now. (Dump her.)

Ultimately disappointed in an establishment that’s intended to please yet forget’s my girlfriend’s pickle she ordered and paid for!!! Now I get to feel her wrath rest of day and the slippery slope path she’s on because of the domino effect your store started. The amount of attitude I get to receive rest of day for your mistake is unacceptable. She said, “this hittin” and, “top 3 fs tho” so the food was good enough to make her forget about the pickle. I think that speaks volume. Nice job!

Order from ANY other Jimmy John’s, they made my sandwich incorrectly and REFUSED to make it right! The shift lead running the store on Thursday evenings is rude as hell and needs to be replaced.

I work at UM hospital but rarely work on site. When I do I like to order JJ’s, but nearly every time I do, they deliver my food late and don’t even bother to let me know when it’s delivered. I can’t wait at the door for them, my office is on another level and I can’t be away for more than a few minutes. One time this past summer I was in a meeting because they were 45 min late and my sandwich sat out on the ground in 90 degree heat for way too long. Today they were somewhere between 30-45 min late, just leaving my food on the ground at the door in frigid temps. There has been at least one other time they were late and didn’t call or text when it was delivered, but the temp wasn’t extreme. I’ve called the store before and they were apologetic but didn’t do anything.

Please please, please, if someone is ordering multiples of the same sandwich but with different add-ons, please label them with the names that I’ve entered on the app. I’m sorry but I’m so tired of having to open up three number fives to see which one has onions and which one doesn’t have cheese. I always put the names in and they are almost never written on the wrapping.
Also, please, please, please hit the button so I get an alert when the sandwich is done. I order all the time early afternoon, and hours and hours later at about 10:00 at night I get the alert that my sandwich is done. Im either waiting outside way too long or standing awkwardly in the tiny entrance way because I guessed too early. Then I get a buzz buzz 7 hours later on my phone after I’ve gone to bed saying my sandwich is ready.

I will never order from this store again. They only sporadically offer delivery, sometimes they just never come and when you call the store they say oh yeah we’re not delivering today sorry the app didn’t tell you. Today I placed a delivery order which took 1.5 hours to make it 3 blocks to me, and when it finally arrived, the bread is hard as a rock, so stale I can’t even bite into it. Absolutely unacceptable, do better.

I have ordered from this place three times in the last week. So far, 2 out of three experiences were less than satisfying. The first time, everything was fine. The second time, they forgot my order of napkins and took 45 minutes to arrive. The third time, they took 30 minutes to arrive, forgot my chips, couldn’t credit my card back the cost of the chips, and only offered to give me the credit if I order from them again in the future. They did offer to drive me chips but at that point, I was done. They aren’t the worst, but I’m not a fan.

What you can expect from jimmy John’s. Expensive fast. Ann arbor location is ridiculously small and unsafe parking lot (Tripping) and uneven ground where you eat.
