Drove 20 miles just to have this ice cream. Place was quite and we were the only ones. It’s a nice small store tucked in a strip mall. The ice creams were really nice. The woman was kind and welcoming. Gave us some samples to taste too made our ice creams really well. The ambience is a bit dull with the print out images of ice creams taped to the wall, kinda makes it less modern-ish. But still a nice clean place. Lots of parking. Definitely recommended if you want to try something new and different.

I hadn’t been in here for a few years. The price went up and the quality went way down. The ice cream rolls were crumbly and not as fresh tasting. The inside of the ice cream dish used to have more stuff in it. I see why the place was empty on a summer afternoon. Very disappointing.

Amazing ice cream creations and a very very fun “show” to watch while they make your selection! Lots of options including Nutella, banana, strawberry, chocolate, Oreo, and green tea, and combinations of each of them. There are toppings as well, like whip cream, ferrero Roche, chocolate and strawberry sauce, Oreos, etc. The staff is very kind and patient with the selection process as well. Love going here!

Unparalleled customer service. We were already leaving a parking lot when one of the workers came running to the car and apologized that they gave a wrong ice cream. It was cold outside and she was in t-shirt. The ice cream was ready when we got back to the store.

I was a certified rolled ice cream hater until I had Fanny’s. Absolutely phenomenal flavor and great customer service. The employees always wear masks when they’re making your food and if you order to go they’ll give you a lil bag of ice to keep your ice cream cold. Great place you have got to try it!

We’ve been there a few times and tried various flavors, and it’s all been delicious. My son loves watching the employees make his desert. The employees are always so friendly, and it’s a very welcoming atmosphere. The only downside is that the few times we’ve been there is that the bathroom could use a little more attention.

So good! Got the coconut pearl tea, banana strawberry roll ice cream, and the monkey business. It was all delicious. Got it to go and they even put a bag of ice in the order to help keep the ice cream cold.
