I was a certified rolled ice cream hater until I had Fanny’s. Absolutely phenomenal flavor and great customer service. The employees always wear masks when they’re making your food and if you order to go they’ll give you a lil bag of ice to keep your ice cream cold. Great place you have got to try it!

This was my first time having Thai Roll Ice Cream, so although I am hardly an expert, I thought my Monkey Business banana, Nutella, and caramel sundae was fun, beautiful, and delicious! Watching it being frozen and rolled was very interesting and entertaining. Not quite the show of a Hibachi chef throwing shrimp tails in his chef’s hat, but nearly so. Given the amount of work that goes into making these lovely sundaes, the price seemed very fair, too. I’ll be back and will bring my wife along next time.

Absolutely trash customer service. The guy that works here is rude and unprofessional. Should be fired asap. Was rude to my family and small child. Didnt know it was so wrong to watch you guys make the food. Not like you’re doing anything special. I guess it’s a reason for you to lash out and be rude to us.
