I don’t even leave Google reviews, but this is the worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. I’ve been here three times and every time my sandwich has been wrong. The icing on the cake was when I ordered two sandwiches and I got home and they had no freaking meat And the lady over the phone wanted to argue. Tell me that I was just trying to get free meat like let’s be real. What does the sandwich cost $10?????? Only someone who is petty and works at a fast food restaurant would even think to say that to someone. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

We ordered delivery two hours ago. First the store called to say they had no bread and it would be 25 minutes. The delivery then routed to Uber and the first driver stole our food without confirming pickup. We have had five drivers assigned and removed from the order with no way to contact Uber support. The store has said there is nothing they can do even remaking our order.
Edit: I contacted Jimmy John’s support and spoke with the general manager who was very kind. I was told that a refund should sent to my card a week ago but have not received that refund. I was offered a $25 credit but my order was over $50.

This truly might be the actual worst jimmy johns in the state of Michigan. If you order on the app ahead of time you won’t need to wait 45 mins in the store for your freaky fast sub but you will definitely get whatever sub they decide to make. If you go in the store you will wait a ridiculously long time. And honestly the worst part about how slow it is sitting in there you will see how filthy that store is and it will make you regret even picking it up in the first place.

Absolutely abysmal service. They are a mile from my house and I normally would just pick it up but a few times when I was caught up in something and just ordered delivery to save myself time it’s ended up taking over an hour for it to be delivered
This location uses uber to deliver their orders, and from the sounds of it when I called they had straight up forgotten to set my order for delivery. I’m expecting it to be completely soggy by the time it gets here.
Never ordering from this location again.

I hate this location, slow service and they screw up orders all the time. Went through the drive through and asked for the Jimmy Cubano and specifically asked for lettuce and tomatoes (since the sandwich usually doesn’t come with it). Drive through attendant tells me all sandwiches come with lettuce and tomato (despite the menu specifically saying this is not true for the Cubano). I get my sandwich and take it home and of course it doesn’t have the lettuce and tomato I ordered. This is just par for the course, screw this place.

I’ve twice now ordered and not gotten my chips. Called the store and they still haven’t sent them. Avocado spread is consistently a brownish color. Sandwich always has something off from the order too (cut in half when not asked for, or extra lettuce etc ignored).
