We’ve seen the “mobile” restaurant before and finally made time to stop by and try.
They had pastor, asada, pollo, lengua, tripa, & suadero. You could get them made into tacos, burritos, torta, or potatoes. They had (3) agua frescas (Jamaica, horchata, fresa), (4) salsas (verde, a guacamole, 2 rojos), and the standard condiments (onion, cilantro, radishes, and limes).
The food we ordered was good and service was fast. The three downsides are the prices are equivalent to a sit-down restaurant prices, it’s all cash, and they don’t open until 630p.

Whaaaaaaat! Just cruising down Scottsdale Road we saw traditional Al pastor spit fired crispy-end pork on a spit, bright red from real Mexican adobada topped with pineapple- we had to pull over to give it a try.
After traveling all over Mexico, we’ve never come across the true flavor up here in the states until now. And it doesn’t stop there!
The crispy carne asade taco was somehow just as delicious!! To die for flavor-packed-char you just have to chomp your own teeth into to appreciate!
They have a table of freshly made, green and red salsas, each an absolutely taste bud awakening, tangy, spicy amalgamation of deliciousness!
The fresh veggies and pickled red onions, grilled onions and jalapeños, rice and beans, just WOW! ALL THE YUM!
Not sure how often they’re in Scottsdale but if you’re a seasoned traveler that truly appreciates authenticly seasoned Mexican food- find this place!

This place lost its touch, i just got a carne asada burrito and the meat taste like it was the left over meat from the night before. At least charge less for left over carne asada burrito. $13 for something that taste like crap.. that’s not right.
