Here is what went right:
*clean lobby
*friendly staff
*quick service
Here is what disappointed us:
*no holiday cookie(12 days till Christmas)
*sandwich is pitiful
*charged full price;received subpar sandwichs

We won’t be back based on this visit alone.
Spend your dollars elsewhere if value matters.

I’m a bit of a JJs enthusiast. I visited this location in the drive thru today. Ordered a 12, TBO, +PEP +O&V. Very friendly service by the order taker and the team member that greeted me at the window. Sandwich was on point. They made sure to check if I was a rewards member ( of course I am). It was standout visit. So much so i considered pulling back around to go inside to give my appreciation. Unfortunately, there is construction in front of the restaurant so i decided to drop a review. Management needs to properly staff their store during peak hours, and accurately reflect wait times on the app. I ordered online for ASAP drive thru and had to walk inside and get a refund for my order ~15-20mins after I placed it. Staff clearly could not handle the amount of orders coming in. Very disappointing.

Ordered online and my sandwich was missing the avocado spread. I called and they immediately took responsibility and remade it, no hesitation. When I picked it up, it was ready, the guy was super kind and well spoken, and he even added extra avocado plus chips! I was this close to scraping the roof of my mouth off on a Subway sandwich, but Jimmy John’s came in clutch. Customer service absolutely outdid itself. ✨️

Placed an order on line and it was ready and waiting when I arrived. I had to stood and waited at the register for about 5 minutes, watching everyone talk and move around, before someone acknowledged and ask if I needed anything. I told them that I needed to pay for my order. As that person finally walked over, another person asked if I needed anything. I took me longer to pay for it than it took me to drive there.

We walked to Jimmy John from the customer office each day we were in town to grab a quick lunch.

The guys behind the counter were awesome – quick and consistently made our sandwiches.

I enjoyed Thai Chicken wrap which was a summer special. It was fantastic – loved how the wrap was consistently made each day. Since it was smoking hot outside we had a pickle -quartered to be share amongst the team.

A big thank YOU to the working guys at the restaurant! First time eating Jimmy John’s and would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a quick and healthy meal.

Normally, i get decent subs from JJ. But today our sandwiches are poorly made. Paid $7.00 for this three pieces for meat and bread. They also forgot to add the cheese. Another sandwich had more cheese then meat.

The sandwiches have improved since they have introduced the toasted sandwiches. The lunch crew is good; at lunch the food and service are good. The dinner crew is the exact opposite. I tried to go 2 weeks ago, waited for 10 minutes with (1) car in the drive through. I had to drive off without ordering. Went tonight, heard the same voice on the speaker as the night I drove off and knew it was going to be bad. Was able to order this time – a sandwich and a wrap. Asked for no tomato on the wrap, of course had tomato, asked for a toasted chicken bacon ranch with no onion, received a cold Italion loaded with onions. This would be a 4 or 5 star if it wasn’t for the dinner crew.

Cashier and people are rude af. She just stared at me and then gave me a look, as if I was just suppose to know to order with out her asking. After the transaction she just left with out saying anything, or handing me a drink (how was I suppose to know the transaction was over).

Definitely not freaky fast. They were too busy hanging out with each other to focus on the sandwiches. Took at least 8-10 mins for a slim 6 (bread and cheese) and a #6 (veggie). They had to ask us what we had just for them to start making the food after we were standing there awkwardly

Do your self a favor and drive to a different one. By the time you driver there and get your order, it will have been less time than this Jimmy John’s
