They always have good sandwiches. The new store in Ellettsville still has a few kinks but doing ok. I did not appreciate the little girl who was too busy staring at her phone to take my order or payment or give me my receipt because her phone and texting back was more important! Other than that they’ve improved greatly.

Forget freaky fast…this place is not even fast. I placed a pickup order for an hour ahead of time and they were still 45 minutes late! It took those kids almost 2 hours to prepare 4 sandwiches…Last time I also placed an order and waited 15-20 minutes to pick it up before pulling up to the drive through (thought I would err on the side of caution). They told me to pull up and wait at the window. I sat there for at least another 15 minutes watching them yap with each other before I finally got my food. You’d get faster service in a fancy sit down restaurant than taking 45 minutes to make a sub for crying out loud! This place needs new staff.

Nothing freaky fast about this place. Ordered at noon and got my food just before 1……I live pretty close to this location which is mind blowing as to why it took an hour for my order. Never again! Ridiculous!

This location is not busy. This is the second sandwich I’ve ordered at this location and both times the bread is stale. They try to save money by using day old bread which makes them even less busy and…..the cycle continues.

Customer interaction could use a lot of work. Cashiers are pretty rude more times than not. I was hoping it was just a one off but it happens pretty consistently. The ones making the sandwiches seem pretty nice though

My husband and I just at as drive in at this Jimmy Johns in Ellettsville, IN. We found our service was good however, midway in eating his sandwich he found a long hair in his sandwich and when we looked for napkins there were none. The sandwiches seemed fresh but mediocre in flavor. Doubtful that we will return.

All these negative reviews seem a bit sketch! Never had a bad order ever, never had anyone rude nor poor service! The staff are great, delivery guys are awesome and as a long time resident of this town, Ellettsville is happy to have something that isn’t a pizza place or diner that closes at two pm as a dining option!

Delicious. I always get the number eight. Most Jimmy John’s have stickers covering the walls and this one didn’t. Not sure if that’s just because it’s smaller or maybe they don’t do that here.

I was looking foward to trying the new Ellettsville Jimmy Johns today. Sadly service was terrible and the people were very rude before I even ordered my food . I understand it was later in the day but there’s no reason to be rude to paying customers.
