We love the food here in Edo, but our last visit was the worst because of the waitress who was extremely rude. He didn’t like the tip that we had left. He threw at me the receipt because I signed the wrong one and kept cursing in his language. It was my daughter’s birthday. It was our favorite place where we went at least once a week, but after this incident, we’re not going there anymore!!!

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber delivery, having had no issues in the past. Unfortunately, this time, the Thai Pad Noodle with chicken I received had a strong rotten smell. I had to throw out the chicken, while the rolls were decent. This incident has shattered my trust in the place. I hesitate to order from them again, as food safety and quality are major concerns.

I often dine here . There are many ‘highly-rated’ Japanese restaurants in a ten block radius… I’ve tried them all. But for the price, quality and freshness of seafood, Edo located at 2087 Coney Island Ave is tops. The menu has many options from appetizers, oysters, sushi, sashimi, omakase & shabu-shabu.
