My daughter has celiac disease and can’t eat at many places. They made her an unwhich and did something incorrectly. I told them and they were incredibly kind and went WAY out of their way to make sure she had a safe sandwich to eat. Opened a new jar of mayonnaise and everything!! She took extra time to prepare everything. Truly, thank you.

I was thrilled to finally have a Jimmy John’s in Seymour, and overall, I’ve been really pleased with the experience—especially the speed when ordering in-store, which has always been great. However, I’ve noticed a consistent issue with online orders being overlooked. When I place an order in advance through the website, wait 10-15 minutes, and arrive to pick it up (hoping for a quick grab-and-go), I often find myself waiting in line to ask about my order. It’s only then that the staff scrambles to prepare it on the spot—even though the website indicated it would be ready before the time I arrived. I’ve seen others dealing with the same problem, so I know it’s not just me. I’d love to see this improved, as it’s been a bit frustrating compared to the otherwise excellent service.

One time I went to the store and ordered a slim 1. Just ham and cheese. The person who took my order put in number one, The Pepe, with ham, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. I order the slim 1 cause I don’t like lettuce and tomatoes. I had to pick off the lettuce and tomatoes. A different time my husband got me a slim 1 and it only came with ham. I know they are a new store and still trying to figure out everything but still.
