I was blown away by my first trip to Jimmy John’s. We don’t have them where I live in NY. The food was good but what stood out to me was the service. The entire crew was teenagers and they were all polite, attentive and quick. They asked where I was from and we started a small conversation. I mentioned I was in town for a family members funeral and they all gave their condolences.
I didn’t know what to order since it was my first time and they didn’t rush me, just let me look and take my time. Great customer service from these young folks. Thanks for the delicious sandwich

Good place to eat .. but recently they had me waiting in line over 10 min to order helping the other person In front of me like someone could have said sorry I’ll get with u soon or had someone bring me my sandwich still but I had to then go inside to get it.. which was annoying . Almost no meat. Mostly veggies and wrap. Not as much potato salad in the container. Not worth the money. We ordered again tonight. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday.
The order was incorrect. I ordered a wrap and I got white bread. The wrap that my husband got had so little meat or cheese that it was hard to find. It appeared to have less than an ounce of meat and cheese. That is way too much money for mostly wrap with mostly lettuce on it. Not what I had hoped for. I want my money back.

Jimmy John’s is outstanding! Service at this Columbia City location is a class act! My favorite sandwich is the #10 Hunters Club sandwich. It is a double portion of roast beef, provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce and mayo. (Do yourself a favor and have them add some black pepper.)
A little known fact is that they have day old bread, which is great, available for $0.50 a piece. What a great deal!

One of the very few places in town I can expect everything in my order to be made correctly and quickly. The food is always delivered fast and is always fresh. I always get the chicken ceasar wraps and they never fail to be just as delicious as before. For a sandwich shop they are amazing. Better than Subway even!

Ordering ahead and picking up at the drive through I never have issues, delivery is another story. Last 4-5 orders it’s been a solid 20-30 minutes until it gets delivered. The food is great and the staff really is nice, just wish they were freaky fast.

I live a block away, I ordered 1 cold sandwich.. After 30 minutes I had to call and cancel my order. The lady that answered my call was extremely confrontational when I asked for a confirmation of the canceled order so I could get my money back. I will never order from Jimmy Johns again. Rude employees with a sense of entitlement that they don’t need their customers. Not surprised

I had a #7 my wife had a #9 The subs were good,the staff was friendly. I drove from south Whitley to try them out. The girls at the bank recommended Jimmy John’s instead of subway, they said it was much better. There was more toppings but more of a price tag as well. It reminded me of the whopper because of how messy it was. Lots of napkins!!
