Usually get large orders and everyone is good to work with. Carry out bags are super nice. Have worked with you guys for four years but today there was a big miscommunication between the morning shift manager and the afternoon shift manager. The person who took the order took all of our names and orders down, but then when we received the orders, none of them were labeled with their names on it.. the whole point of putting a name to an order is to hand out the sandwiches to the individuals with no problem and no guessing.
Jude was nice and good to work with, but they did not explain to write the names on the wrapping paper.
UPDATE: after two more bulk orders, they corrected the problem and is always great to communicate with! Ariana was great and they even wrote positive notes on the bags!

To Jimmy John’s delight, I am never coming here again. The young drive through lady didn’t even say hello, just “Jimmy John’s” and then seconds later “order when you’re ready” in a kind of rude tone. No “thank you” or “have a good day” like at almost every other food establishment; she just asked if I had a rewards app, but who cares about that. The sandwich was good but they couldn’t even give me a bag. No “sorry for the long wait”. I went around to the drive through again to ask for an apology since they kind of ruined an otherwise good day… instead of a quick sorry that would’ve satisfied me, they CALLED THE COPS ON ME! The police were very friendly as I tried to explain the situation (and I said sorry lol because Jimmy John’s was wasting their time). The drive through lady and possibly whoever called the cops should be fired! I’ve been let go from several jobs but at least I was nice to my customers at least 98% of the time.

Well my experience with the specific Jimmy John’s in Plymouth Indiana on oak road is bad. For one I’m a delivery driver for Uber and they 3rd party from their company but every time I go to pick up an order from there a lady (Scout Leed) her name lies to me saying the order is picked up. Lying right to me. I confront her and she says then that the customer is picking up the order. I contacted the customer and they say they were told it would take over an hour for the delivery lying to them as well. I tell her cancel the order on her computer and she lies saying she can’t do it. And it forces me to cancel and negatively effect my delivery rating. Not to mention I see not washing her hands after touching her hair and make peoples food. Everything about her speaks unprofessional and unclean. I would avoid this Jimmy John’s restaurant. I’ve contacted corporate about this and it’s been over a week with no response. I wouldn’t have her working there due to touching her hair and making orders. Plus lying to people. No telling what else is going on.

I love Jimmy John’s. Sure, I have a few favorites on the menu, but there is so much to choose from, I can always find something new if i feel like it. I have never been disappointed with any sub i have tried there. Service is efficient and friendly. Yes, the drive through is quick if i am an in a hurry, but oftentimes i prefer to come into the store so i can take my time to peruse the menu. Inside is spacious and clean. And they have huge pickles! Don’t forget your pickle!

usually we love jimmy john’s & prefer it. but today was not the day. spent $28 for 2 meals and a kids sub. half a slice of turkey in our kids sub, and our sandwiches barely had anything on them either. usually we don’t have this experience here so it’s a little upsetting. especially paying almost $30 for the amount of food on the subs.

Alivia was nothing short of rude. Girl pulled out the trash can and almost dropped our food in it. They should be embarrassed by how much meat they put on a sandwich for what they charge. Music is so loud you can’t have a conversation or hear yourself think

I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STAR!
First off I would like to start by saying I like Jimmy John’s sandwich! But unfortunately I will NEVER EAT at this location again! It has taken me some time to cool down from the horrible experience I had this morning at this location! We live in Knox..my husband placed an order at 11:01 am so you can say he was first in line..The sandwiches were made very poorly when he got home he put the sandwich in fridge I got up and got my sandwich it had no cucumbers and was made so sloppy! When I called they showed no concern just offered new sandwich..so I drove all the way back and showed the staff and Manager and actual owner…was pretty much called a liar so I just wanted my money back and I was not refunded! This is a short part of the whole story ! I WILL BE CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO DISCUSS THE WHOLE STORY ! THIS PLACE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE COUSTMERS! DO NOT EAT OR SUPPORT THIS JIMMY JOHN’S LOCATION!

Would leave 0 stars if possible, had to wait well over 80 minutes for our food to be delivered on a Wednesday afternoon.
It arrived soggy, as if it had sat after being made and was delivered by Uber, no fault of the driver, but had I known prior a 3rd party service would be used, I wouldn’t have ordered. Those drivers have 0 accountability for delivered product and 0 ability to help should anything be wrong. Not to mention increase delivery times due to having to reach the location first to pickup the order.
What in the world happened to this place, freaky fast, turned freaking pass.
Would not recommend at all.

Jimmy Johns is one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat. It’s always ready and easy to grab and go. The Plymouth location is a good location for Jimmy Johns.
