I placed an order over the phone for 4 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches all with scrambled eggs. To my surprise when I got home, all of the egg sandwiches were fried and not scrambled. I called them to inform them I was given fried instead of scrambled, the person on the phone began to argue with me that they saw my order being made and they are scrambled. They do not know how to follow instructions from their customers nor do they have people working who understand customer service.

Used to have the best bagels. Seems that it has changed ownership. Ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a sesame bagel that was made with what was more like a bagel shaped roll rather than a bagel. It was missing that bagel chew and off white color that a good bagel has. Also, price was more than what you’d pay in NYC. Unfortunately, the other bagel place in town is not much better.

CANNOT GET AN ORDER RIGHT. We never ever come home with what we asked for – even after correcting them several times. & it’s not like our orders are that complicated. Heaven forbid you have a food allergy, you’re toast. They just clearly really do not care to listen to their customers. Like they REALLY do not care about you. Definitely not giving them anymore business.

Honestly at best this place is ok. I used to love the food here even though they would mess the order up 50 percent of the time,they would make up for it. This last visit the food was gross. The scrambled egg tasted like old bacon grease. The tuna fish was deffinitly past its prime.

Don’t listen to instructions well at all. This place has always had a bunch of teenagers running the counter and the phones which is probably the main issue. Orders are never correct, no matter how clear you make self on the phone. Want to try a excellent bagel deli? Brewster hot bagels is your best bet.
