Love the sandwiches but theyre not freakisly fast. Order ahead and still wait. The past 4 times i ordered for my crew they have failed to label the sandwiches. Please just write a number after you wrap it. would make things so much easier vs unwrapping every sandwich and handing them to people open, making them think its been messed with. Simple fix could be 4-5*

I had a delicious sandwich here. These people were concerned about my allergy and assured me no fresh tomato would be on the sandwich. It was so good. I think it was a chicken club with pesto and roasted tomatoes (not allergic to those). I explained that I had a bad experience in Denver at a JJs and wanted to try them again. Was so glad I did. Honestly a little pricey but was certainly good amd great staff too! Will return. A+

We placed an order online an hour and a half ago, for asap delivery. 30 minutes ago, I called the store and was assured it was on the way. We live 6 minutes from the shop. At this point, it’s pretty clear nothing is coming, as the phone lines go straight to a Verizon voice-mail. We won’t be ordering from this location again!

Just today I came in and one of the guys greeted me with a smile. I got a vito sandwich and the guy has it ready before I finished paying! Dude is faster than the card reader.

I ordered from here at 6:30 tonight. I called at 7:55 to see when our food was going to be delivered. Was told the driver had 18 deliveries in his car and his car had been hit twice today and would get here when they can. It is now 8:30 and still no food. My wife called and was told that the food was delivered and they were closed. The male on the phone was going to give the phone to a Tina and someone in the background told him to hang up the phone because Tina had a rough day. So he hung up. We still don’t have food and already paid $61. We offered to come in and pick up our order and we’re told the line was broken down so we couldn’t. I hate complaining and try to avoid at all costs but we have been burned here in the past.

It’s good when the order is right. Do NOT pay for extras when you order online, they won’t add them. Almost every online order I’ve done has been wrong. Even with the free changes like removing certain items.
