Most of the time spot on, but when the order is extra tomato and extra lettuce and I have to look for both of them on the sandwich I’m going to have a bad day. It’s not coming out of your check Scrooge . The other sandwich wanted no tomato so it all evens out, gimme ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ.They are fast though and I love the pass-thru window pickup. So if I order through the app and wait until I get a notification that my order is ready, zero human contact . That notification comes immediately, not that I’ve ever shamelessly waited in the parking lot and ordered through the app . I just didn’t feel like peopling that day, or ¯_(ツ)_/¯ᵐᵃʸᵇᵉ I want the points, don’t judge me.

Came to pick up over 20 orders that were individually ordered and not ordered as a group. Time was taken by the employees to help me double and triple check every single order and they made sure that absolutely everything was there. They even helped load it in my car. 5 star customer service!

As a rule, I don’t tend to eat out, the food quality is usually low, people are not always competent and orders get messed up. It’s just irrational to me to put that much responsibility in hands of complete strangers so I keep it to minimum. Yesterday was one of those rare occasions, so I ordered a veggie sandwich with avo spread and no mayo, pretty simple order but I like this sandwich from JJ. As I unwrapped it at home there was no avo, so just bread with lettuce, tomato and cucumber. I ate it because I was hungry and I paid for it, but it was upsetting and only solidified my stance on eating out. It was such a simple order to mess up! I should’ve just had crackers at home, would’ve been the same experience.

As you can see, we’re frequent JJ customers. Never had issues and really enjoy it. However today’s order was little dissapointing as the bread was hard as a brick. Hopefully this was a one time issue.

Not only the lady at the register is hard of hearing, she was mean to me about it. I have been sitting here for 15 min before starting this review, who said jj was fast?!?!? I do t see it… worst experience ever I am sure I won’t be back!

Must admit I haven’t eaten here in a very long time. My wife called said she was going to stop in on the way home from work. I ordered a LULU on wheat bread. By far the worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Bread was smashed, lettuce was yellow and almost non existent, bacon and the rest of the veggies were bad. I won’t be back . Wished I had taken a picture of it to post.
