The last 2 times I went my order was wrong. The second time we even discussed no cheese on a hamburger and the drive through lady was nice and even repeated no cheese back to me. Still got cheese. I’m now at sonic because I’m tired of getting home and scraping cheese off of a hamburger.

This pathetic fast food establishment isn’t fast at all seeing as I waited in line at The drive-through waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes before I decided to just drive through and exit then waiting an additional 15 minutes behind a car they had parked at the end of the drive-through where you couldn’t exit after honking and flashing my lights, they refuse to move when the associate from Burger King came out to give them their food which they should’ve been delivered at the window, which is how fast food works they just waved at me when I said excuse me. I’ve been waiting here for over 15 minutes trying to exit they didn’t say anything needless to say don’t waste your time here.
They think that they’re gonna avoid corporate intervention by making cars move past the delivery window so they can see them as though they’re keeping things Order when they’re not.

I’d give a zero if I could. Told at speaker at 720 pm roughly to wait just a moment and they’ll take my order. 20 minutes later no one’s in the store no one at the register the person flat out just left with 3 cars in the drive through lane.

It took 33 MINUTES to get TWO BURGERS. If I wasn’t with a group, who was also waiting for food (some who ordered after me but got their full meals before I got my two burgers), I would have asked for a refund and left. We had to keep track of the drinks or shakes that people had ordered, because they weren’t. The drive thru seemed more organized, but inside was ridiculous and seemed normal. FYI, the burgers were disgusting and got thrown away. After watching them cross contaminating everything with their gloves, and waiting that long, I didn’t even want it, at that point.

The wait time at this restaurant in the drive through is RIDICULOUS! They make you wait at the menu for at least two minutes before you can place your order then make you wait out front of the restaurant for another 30. Horrible!

My family and I had lunch today, and I was impressed with the staff, service , and cleanliness. We were greeted by the cashier who was smiling, pleasant, and very accommodating. Manager greeted us as well. We received our food in a timely manner, and our made to order meals were nice and hot. The soda machine, tables and floors were impeccably clean. We had an excellent experience.

Went to go try the new burgers they had told us they weren’t doing them anymore even tho it was barely 9 and they don’t close till 10pm and then I tried to get some milk shakes and they didnt want to make them because they were already braking down the ice cream machine like what kind of service is that how do u want people to come and try the new things they offer and they’re stopping to sere the new items a hole hour early. Unsatisfied!!
