Jimmy John’s boxed lunches came through like true MVPs at our tailgate party. The Beach Club sandwich was stacked with fresh, vibrant flavors, the pickle and chips brought that essential sideline crunch, and the oatmeal cookie closed it out like a winning play in overtime.

I love Jimmy John’s, but this is by far the least professional Jimmy John’s in Indiana. SUPER Slow/bare minimum customer service and dirty environment. This location has gone so far down hill since it was first opened. The only thing keeping this place afloat is Jimmy John’s delicious food that gets delivered to their restaurant. This store is greatly in need of a new owner, new management, new employees, and a much needed full renovation to the entire establishment. Sorry Jimmy John, just how it is right now.

I accidentally placed a future order for my Hunters Club sandwich.
Without hesitation, the 2 guys had my Sandwich made. All before I could get comfortable in the chair.
I usually get a Turkey Tom or Tuna sandwich, I decided to switch it up today. Happy I did. Sandwich was layered neatly & made as requested. Thanks Boys.

I’m not one to leave reviews very often. However, the store manager, Alix, deserves a little (a LOT, tbh) of praise. She is incredibly good at what She does. Like, whoa. The attention and presence She gives to Her customers is next-level stuff. I’d go so far as to say spectacular. Even that may be an understatement.
From my perspective, it looked like She, AND HER STAFF, were enjoying being at work! What?!?!
I have no doubt that Alix plays a significant role in creating that environment.

Freaky Slow & Freaky Bad!
Over a year, we’ve tried this location several times. Never had a good experience or food!
Final nail in the coffin, received a sauce sandwich essentially. Totally disgusting!
Sandwich order to-go took almost 30 minutes. (We were parked in front of the building the whole time.)

I order delivery for lunch. I ask for extra lettuce as the name and customize my sandwich to say extra lettuce . Everytime I ask for extra lettuce I get the normal small amount. I dont order often from chesterton but everyrime I do, I never get the extra lettuce. Valpo stores are great at the extra lettuce. Why chesterton cant add extra lettuce I will never know.

Food was great, usually is here. But freaky fast isn’t the slogan at this location. I show up for a pick up.. girl says let me bag it for you.. grabs the sandwiches and walks to other side… next thing i know she’s out sitting at a table, 5 more minutes pass and another girl asks the delivery guy to bag it so he did,, everyone polite but customer service skills c’mon.
