The food is ok. It’s a sandwich. Not great, but not bad. Sandwich customizations are done successfully most of the time but not always. The delivery drivers seriously need to be fired at the Brownsburg location though. They are terrible and can’t follow directions. I explicitly state that they should ring the bell and not leave my food on the ground, but nearly every time I order from them I have to keep checking the porch to see if they threw the bag and ran. They don’t even extend me the courtesy of ringing my doorbell! How am I supposed to know my food is here and bug free when they just leave it on the ground and run away??? Seriously??? This place is freaky-terrible and we won’t be ordering from this location again. Account deleted. App uninstalled.

I had a terrible experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The employee who handled my order was extremely disrespectful and even threw my food at me. I’ve never been treated like that at any restaurant before. I’m really disappointed — I expect basic respect and professionalism when I spend my money somewhere. I also want to be reimbursed for my order, because the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. I hope management looks into this seriously and makes sure no other customer is treated this way.

I stopped by this location this evening and there were two young men in the store. My encounter with the bigger individual was very distasteful. He took my order looking away and never greeted me. Ever. No eye contact and absolutely no customer service. On the other side of this terrible experience was the smaller young man. Very polite, I believe he could sense me hav in big been taken aback by the guy who initiated my order. The second guy was fantastic with great customer service.
Again, I don’t recall seeing the names but I dj know one was much smaller than the other.
All of this to say please keep customer service a thing and perhaps speak with the young gentleman who couldn’t bear look at me let alone speak. It was an unfortunate event.

The sandwiches are usually pretty decent but the employees are definitely not friendly and can be very snappy and rude – I’m guessing because they all seem stressed out. Yes, it can get busy at certain times, but there are plenty of other places that get busy – yet the employees still maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere.

I’ve never had bad jimmy johns in life until I moved to Brownsburg but this place never misses. This awesome location managed to serve me burnt bread for the first time but they did remember their signature and didn’t cut my sandwich. Keep up the good work boys you guys are going places!

Good in store, but if you order online they dont even try to get your order correct. Drivers are rude. My sandwich was assembled outside the sub bread and wrapped up as normal. The turkey sandwich we ordered did not have any turkey and the pickle was really visibly rancid…like almost black in color.
Very disappointing. Brownsburg location needs to do better.

Before I was done paying they were already handing me my sandwich!! Jimmy johns has become one of my favorite places to satisfy my sandwich cravings. Always good, always fast. This one in Brownsburg was no exception. The staff was friendly, place was clean, food was fast and delicious.

Ordered delivery with my boyfriend last night – driver threw out bags on to the porch in the snow and hit our porch hard enough to make our dogs alert us that someone had arrived . Night “manager” didn’t believe us even with picture proof , then replied to the picture to still say that they believed the driver over us , because he said he gently placed it down . ONLY refunded his order when he asked for a refund for both orders . This location needs some serious staff restructure and some actual ADULTS working on the night shift . I am extremely dissatisfied with this location . I had an issue back at the beginning of JANUARY and the store manager or store owner couldn’t be bothered to call to correct that problem either . Seems to be a common theme here to provide poor service and then no correction to the issues . 0/5 stars .

***Update, 1 hour and 9 minutes after ordering, and 46 minutes after it said out for delivery. Food is good. Just slow delivery.
As of writing this, my order has been out for delivery for 30 minutes according to the app. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone at the store so I can try to get an update. Freaky Fast is no more.
