We visited this restaurant on New Year’s Day. I have NEVER walked into a fast food restaurant full of workers so genuinely happy to be there. The service was excellent. It was our first time at JM’s. They walked us through the process and gave us suggestions. Our sandwich was good, but our service was immaculate. It was a little unbelievable how great the reviews were until we walked in the door and saw that it was no lie. Thanks for being so friendly to a couple of Arkansans just passing through.

Easily some of the kindest service workers- always great conversation while waiting/having sandwiches being made. Best quality for sandwiches with the 0.25 mi with several other options. Atmosphere rating is just due to limited seating inside is all.

I go to Jersey Mike’s multiple times a week, and it’s honestly my favorite restaurant. The food is consistently incredible — always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like it. Whether it’s a classic cold sub or something hot off the grill, they never miss.
But what really sets this place apart is the people. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always up for a good conversation. It feels more like catching up with friends than just grabbing a bite to eat. The service is fast, the energy is positive, and the whole experience is just… perfect.

Easy in and out, the service was outstanding, fast, fresh and downright excellent. Store was clean and well stocked, and you couldn’t ask for a better lunchtime experience, not to mention the subs are hands down the absolute best in the known world.
