Food was fine. Bathroom was clean. I ordered a little John with extra mayo packets. The child working behind the counter thought it would be funny to give me 21 mayo packets, which together weighed more than my sandwich. I confronted the manager and he looked at me like I was on fire. Service is crazy slow here also.

Update 2. Jimmy John’s is a Joke. Ordered the favorite 13 Cubano and it’s a slim. Waste of money. Not delivering. The only reason you order JJs is for an easy sorta fast delivery. I’ve had multiple issues with this location in the past but seriously will not ever spend money here again.

Went into the restaurant thinking it would be typical fast food service, I was shocked. The man at the register (let’s just call him Max for privacy reasons) looked at me his with his light blue eyes and cheerfully asked “Welcome to Jimmy John’s! Home of the freaky fresh sandwich! May I take your order?” He then proceeded to make my sandwich by himself in approximately 29.9 seconds, freaky fast amirite!? I looked in the sandwich wrap and it had his Snapchat written on it. Went to this location today for a catering order at 12:15 when the order was supposed to be ready. My wife stood there for over 30 minutes without an update on the order. When she asked how long it would be she was told “a while”. My responded that she had already been there for a while and they responded “everyone has”. She then left the store and requested the order be voided. After coming home and she telling me the story I was told the manager was “not available.” After calling back and finally talking to manager DeMarcus I requested the owners contact information. Have been on hold for over 30 minutes since.

I love Jimmy John’s but avoid this location if at all possible. The last few times I’ve online ordered from this specific location I’ve waited 30+ mins for a delivery. I’ve cancelled orders multiple times because of it. Today I went into the store and watched an employee sneeze into his hand, wipe his hand with a paper towel only and then proceed to take an order…COVID or not that’s just basic infection control.

Avoid this location. My sister got charged twice for her food, the food took forever to get, they forgot to give the pickle and then the order was wrong, TWICE! When I ordered my sandwich, they completely forgot to make it and I had to ask after 20 minutes of waiting.
