This Jimmy John’s in Frankfort, IN is truly one of the best. The staff is always cheerful, friendly, and on top of their game. They get your order out freaky fast and, just like the commercials say, it’s always correct.
I ordered the Spicy East Coast Italian with BBQ Jimmy Chips — one of my go-to favorites for a quick lunch — and it hit the spot as always.
Keep up the amazing work! This is easily one of my favorite sub shops, and I’ll definitely be back.

The Frankfort Jimmy John’s is always a great option!
I have eaten lunch in there and gotten food in the drive-thru many times. I have also gotten “catering/large part orders” from here for my office. Never have I had an issue.
Their food is always fresh and of good quality. The sandwiches are made how you order them. The staff is usually super friendly and helpful answering menu questions.

I was waiting in line for hours at the Purina feed mill and finally caved in to my hunger pangs and ordered the toasted roast beef and cheddar sandwich to be delivered. The best sandwich I have had in a long time and love being able to get hot sandwiches from them now!! Delivery gal was great! Highly recommend!!

I swear, this place gets worse by the week. I’ve been to JJ stores all over and this is by far the worst. Go to another or check your carry out order before you leave. One time I waited on a delivery for over an hour and when I called, the manager said they had no order for me. My boss died laughing because he was sitting right next to me when I ordered. He said that’s why he doesn’t go there.

Can’t say enough about Tammy and her staff! We ordered a lot of food and Tammy went above! I wish more places had service like this! Everything was delicious. The pesto pasta was amazing! I would order that for gatherings! Delivery drive was thankful and friendly! Great job Jimmy john’s!

Ordered a mass order of sandwiches and boss managers were amazing to work with and went above and beyond! Raymond was polite and professional on the phone and Tammy was amazing from the beginning to the end! They were organized and packaged individual orders together in a bag where others keep all the chips together and cookies all together. I appreciate the service Tammy provided!

Absolutely fantastic !! Seems one if the few fast food places were the quality is still most important. It’s made fresh right then. The breads are made fresh in store everyday. Nothing is slopped on. If it’s not right 3 people are there to see it’s up to the standards of the Company’s guidelines. You can basically order it custom from your pickles & cucumbers cut in 1/2 the amount of ice in Your drink
No matter how small the detail, nothing is just good enough. The female manager single handily took the orders, made about 6 sandwich’s complex multiple different choices, and collected the money, bagged and served them in about 2 minutes and everyone was perfect. A true rare gem. Shows that the owner down to a new employee all have the same goal in mind. Right attitude, trained right, do it right, care about what what you do. Fast food as any food service business the margins are very tight. Seeing local other places offering $15.00 an hour and struggling to find people even at that rate.
Somehow this location is able to bring in a few great employees over just a bunch of employees. Willing to put pride in their work. And as mom used to say the sandwich is $XX BUT the TLC and service is always free
