This location promotes that it’s under new management and has a brand new staff but I’m not impressed by any means. I come regularly because it’s close to where I work and affordable but if I had a regular lunch break I wouldn’t be able to eat here or I’d have to order 20+ mins in advance . I ordered my 1 sandwich 25 minutes ago and I’m still sitting here waiting. The manager just now spoke to me asking what sandwich I’m waiting on after I’ve been here practically 30 minutes. Not to mention they don’t greet you when you come in or anything. While I was sitting here an older gentleman in his 70-80s came in and stood so long with no service and nobody greeting him that he turned around and walked out. No consideration for the customer and no customer service at all. There’s no excuse for this

I’ve ordered from this location for years now, I’ve never had an experience like this. First of all I finally get home unwrap my sandwich ready to eat it and first thing I see is MOLD ON MY BREAD! Instantly lost my appetite and more importantly my time! On top of that this location boasts about under new management but the new crew is worst than the old one. I started going through the drive through lately because the last couple times I came to sit and eat I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. They don’t say anything when you come in and when I came in at 7 (they close at 9pm) I could hear the workers mutter about “well now we gotta mop the floors again” like my bad I’m coming to patronize this business I’ll take my money elsewhere!

The food is fine here, I’m still in the lobby waiting for two meals over 30 minutes after ordering with only one person in front of me and 4 people working

UPDATE: the food was done the whole time they put it to the side and forgot, but the other customers had their orders in hand before they even left the counter.

This location is a joke. I placed a mobile order for pick up on 8/14 and when we went to pick up the order the store was closed for technical reasons. I called to get a refund and no one answered, I called customer service on 8/14, 8/15, 8/16, 8/18, 8/21, & 8/22. Customer service said they would reach out and the independent franchise owner would have 24 hours to reach out and it’s been well over that. No one at the store will answer the phone when I call either so there is no hope of getting your money back if you needed a refund for any reason. I have also placed an order in the past and when I went to pick it up the employees were outside in the parking lot playing ball and smoking weed and they had no idea an order had even been placed so it wasn’t started until we arrived to pick it up. I was understanding then but not getting what I paid for at all and not getting a refund or any kind of communication is ridiculous.

Ordered delivery online, only to immediately receive a call that they don’t have a delivery driver on the schedule tonight. Told them to change my order to pickup, and I would come get it… was instructed that I would need to cancel the order and place it for pickup, but I would have to pay again and wait 72 hours for the refund of the original order. Told the person to just cancel the order completely. Was then told they could make it and I could come pick it up, the delivery fee would just go to the crew working tonight as a “tip”. I’m not tipping if I have to get in my car and go pick up food from an establishment that runs on the delivery is “freaky fast” advertisement.

Love jimmy johns but the employees are terrible the owner should look into how often they refuse to up the doors cause they closed early. They literally stand at the counter so the owner can’t tell they closed early on camera I would look into sales and see what time they stop coming in.this is why this location is failing feel bad for the owner
