Such a cute place with yummy reasonably priced food and good service! We were greeted with fresh hot bread by the friendly owner before she took our order. I gather that most people probably order food for take out but we enjoyed sitting down and eating there. It is small and cozy. The broccoli cheese bite appetizer was on par and we ordered cheesesteaks and spaghetti marinara for our main meal. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious.
Update: We went back and got some of the same things and also tried the calzone and meatball sub. Just as before, everything was delicious, reasonably priced, and large portions. I added photos from our second visit, as I forgot to take them on our first visit.
We will definitely return again if we come back to the area!

Absolutely amazing food. I would travel the 45 minutes again no problem. The owner Ben is the nicest guy. He has a passion for food and its shows. My wife and I enjoyed the fresh bread and the pizza is one of the best I have found. Portions are big for the price. Treated more like a family member than a number on a recipt. Thanks for the amazing food we will see you again soon.

They are always kind and considerate. I love their pizza, Italian meal options, burgers, steak tips, and calzones to name a few. There is a lot of fantastic options to choose from and they are easily the best tasting and most affordable restaurant in Pembroke. Recently, I hurt my leg and had to order them for delivery every few days for about 2 weeks. I accidentally ordered my meal as pick up and they called me to ask if that was correct and when I said it was an accident they brought it to me. They truly are above and beyond the rest! 10 out of 10.

EDIT: I’m keeping my original review (posted below) because they really do a great job with the gluten free pizza and being safe for celiac however I need to change the 5 star rating to a 3, we got a cheese and mushroom pizza on 2/4/26 and both my husband and I got some sort of food poisoning. Due to my husband being immune compromised, he has gotten the worst of it and for this, we will not be returning and I hate to say this but it’s not worth the risk of getting this sick again (even though the pizza is so good). This update is to simply update the owners that something happened and we got sick from it.
Old review: My husband has Celiac disease and we’ve been getting Big Ben’s gluten free pizza on and off for a few years now. Every time we call to order, they make sure to use separate, clean utensils on a different pan to avoid cross contamination. We can’t begin to express how much more comfortable this makes us feel when ordering from them, knowing they take precautions to serious allergies. Not to mention the pizza is very good, coming from someone that doesn’t have to eat gluten free but I do. Hands down the best gluten free pizza I’ve had.

Ive been ordering from Ben’s for a long time now. This place is absolutely fantastic!!! I recently ordered the steak tip dinner and, let me tell you, these are the absolute best steak tips I’ve ever had! The pizza is delicious! All ingredients are fresh and the quality is amazing. I honestly can’t say enough about this place. The people who work there are super friendly too! I hope they never change!

Pizza is New York style, big thin pieces which I love. Pizza size is good. Toppings and cheese good. I’d give the pizza 7 out of 10. The sauce tastes like they put a good amount of sugar in it. I get not wanting a super acidic sauce but this is way too sweet. A more neutral sauce and it’s a 9 out of 10.

They are really hit or miss. Some stuff is good, other stuff is terrible. They say the pizza is ny style but it’s the same Greek crap as everywhere else in nh. The owners are very nice tho, I like them. The pasta dinners usually not that great. Subs and sandwiches are good. They charge extra for card, so use cash. Really more 3.5 than 3, but that’s not an option.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! We called last night to see if they could accommodate 13 people around 830pm they said we only have 3 tables but absolutely come on in. They were extremely welcoming food was amazing and soooo quick and cheap! They let us bring in our own cake for my son’s birthday! We will definitely be back!
