I ordered the turkey tom special and was overcharged for the meal. I didn’t realize it until the next day, reached out to the company and never heard back from them. Jimmy John’s is always hit or miss. Good place if you want a quick sandwich.

I live here in Beavercreek. I’d been wanting to try Jimmy John’s for some time, as an alternative to Subway, because the Subway out here in Beavercreek just isn’t as good as they used to be.

So, I tried Jimmy John’s a couple times, and I’ve got go be honest – I wasn’t blown away!

I didn’t think they were at all bad, but I was a little disappointed, because I thought the subs were a little light on the ingredients. They do offer to toast the subs, and they actually toast them alot better than Subway does, and the staff working there at Jimmy John’s are all very friendly – The service was very fast, and friendly. I just wasn’t that impressed with their food – I expected more for some reason?

I really think they need to add more ingredients to their Subs, as well more variety to their menu. Their menu is missing classics such as a Meatball, and a Philly Steak. I’ve never before been to a Sub place that didn’t carry those two choices.

Still…I think rating their food as low as a 3 – would’ve been a little harsh. So I gave them a 4 for food, and 5 for everything else. They’re very friendly.

Placed an order online for asap pickup, curbside. Could not pickup curbside because there is only one space for that and the guy set there for 5 minutes. I finally walked in to get my “curbside” pickup. Not even started yet, no biggie. But what killed me was, 3 people on counter. Cashier just stood there and the 3rd person just bagged the food, she barely moved! All the work was being done by the 2nd girl who was making every single sandwich for every customer. Who was running out the orders? The one girl needed a serious raise and you need to just can the other two. 6/27 around 5-6 pm if that helps!

Ordered a club lulu add cheddar cheese which comes with lettuce, mayo, turkey and bacon.

I got home and it was missing turkey and bacon so I called and asked them to remake my sub which I was then greeted with an attitude from the MANAGER.

He told me “I made the sandwich I know what the I put on it” which I replied the sandwich was missing the meat. He said come up and I’ll remake it I guess in a really rude tone.

So I grabbed the sandwich and brought it up to be remade. I walk in and he walks up to me and says “you the dude that called in?” I said yes sir and he ripped the sandwich out of my hands and threw it in the trash and angrily made my food. Once it was remade he yelled “club lulu remake” and slapped it on the counter all the way at the end of the store instead of handing me the sandwich and apologizing for the inconvenience.

I told him he needs to work on his customer service skills and admit that he made a mistake, everyone does like this not the end of the world. I said you being the manager is crazy and you said that I was crazy and kept babbling under his breath. This guy needs removed from his position ASAP.

I am a district manager for a technology repair company and if ANY of my store managers treated a customer the way I was just treated id fire them so fast their head would spin.

DO BETTER AND STOP HIRING PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!

Went in to get a sub at the sandwich shop and they couldn’t make a sandwich at the sandwich shop because they ran out of bread, at a sandwich shop! Why even stay open. Just hang a sign on the door that says we messed up sorry we can’t make sandwiches without bread and we aren’t chipotle so people coming in probably aren’t coming in to get a wrap.

Never again. The person who took our order mumbled and I could barely understand him. He definitely acted like he didn’t want to be there. The check out didn’t have enough change in the drawer so she offered to give me a dollar out of her pocket which I refused.
The entire crew acted like they were much more interested in socializing with their co workers than doing their jobs. The sandwiches were not good. I threw one entire sandwich away because it had so much gristle in the chicken it literally couldn’t be eaten.
Think twice before taking a chance with this place.
