Absolutely humiliating! The lady working the line was YELLING at me about the cup of WATERR in a Dora cup as I was on my phone on a work call. Which by the way wasn’t even my cup. Since I was on a work call I was obviously to her screaming at me till the Police officer tapped me. By the time I looked up the entire store of people were looking at me, WOW! Get some tact! Learn some guest service.had she walked up to me and said something politely about the cup, this could have easily and discretely rectified.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have had 3 separate situations where my delivery order has been almost 2 hours late! I should have learned my lesson after the 2nd time, but I know places have been short staffed lately. After the 3rd time I thought maybe it was just a delivery issue with not having enough drivers, but when I walked in to get a sandwich I was forced to wait 20 minutes just for them to tell me they couldn’t take orders in person yet because they needed to finish online orders! Staff was very rude.

I’ve ordered from here probably 30 or so times now…I’d say 20 of those times there is something wrong with my order. I just ordered today, they took 2 hours to deliver, and forgot my chips. “Freaky Slow and Forget Half Your Order.” The chips not being there is on the workers, but the timing is an owner issue. Hire more delivery drivers during the day.

Waited 30 min before they told us they were out of chicken. I watched the man behind the counter make 3 sandwiches in approximately 5 minutes. People cancelled orders in front of us. Patrons left the line. People with every intention of giving this business their money said to hell with it or asked for refunds.

Well I’m not one to leave bad reviews but if could give this place less then one star first off place next to it was closed by Order of the county commissioners not off to great start then I happend to stumble across this place at first it seemed aright but soon as I ordered my food I look up and one of the workers are up on the counter useing her street shores on the food preparation surface who thinks it’s good idea to stand where food is being prepared and second off the place was overall dirty tables not being cleaned and dirty windows I can’t say I’ve ever had this bad of experience this place is extremely nasty would not recommend eating a place that has no standards for health code

Terrible mistake ordering from this location. Ordered 1 sandwich 90 min ago. Still not out for delivery, and my office is only 2 blocks away. Called the restaurant and they wouldn’t check my order, said “website is glitchy, it’s probably out for delivery.” I ordered from Gomez in OTR another day, and it arrived hot, fresh, and within 40 min. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this location at all costs, and order from somewhere local instead. You’ll have much better quality food, and much faster/ better quality service at around the same price. Will never order from this restaurant again.

Bought 3 giant sandwiches and got 2 giants and a regular. That’s all I got charged for but they insisted on getting me the other half of the 3rd giant. And then served it at no extra charge. Great service!
