I visited J&J Sandwiches for the first time today, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience.
I explicitly mentioned to the staff member that it was my first time visiting, but they weren’t very helpful with the menu. Instead of informing me that I could make my meal a combo for a better deal, I was charged separately: $3.00 for a drink and $2.50 for chips.
The food quality was okay, but the value just isn’t there. I ended up paying $30 for two sandwiches, a drink, and chips. For that price point, I expected much higher quality or at least better customer service. Not interested in a second visit.

Food is okay when I ask for extra sauce.They never put it on sandwiches.Can be really dry sometimes. This is the slowest, jimmy johns.I have ever been too. I cannot even go to them on my lunch break. Because I spend more than half of my time in line. And that’s only with three in line. On top of them being so slow, they have the rudest customer service at this location. Not saying anything to me in particularl, I didn’t complain about anything. However, they just do not look happy and seem annoyed that i’m here.

For a restaurant that brags about being “Freaky Fast” they are extremely slow. Placed an order and expected it to be delivered relatively quick as the store is less than 10 minutes away. However, it has now been almost 2 hours and 2 phone calls later and they said the driver is on the road and should be delivered soon. Unacceptable for an establishment who prides themselves on fast delivery.

These guys are amazing. Perfect service every time. I’ve been coming in almost everyday for the last 4 months. They have an incredible team full of care and attention. The store is incredibly clean thanks to the staff and a nice seating arrangement. I can’t say enough about these fine people. Thank you for making my lunches worth stopping by!

Ordered on the app for drive thru pickup, quick and easy way to get lunch. Got 2 unwich sandwiches. The tuna with pickle slices was very wet and leaked through the bag but tasted great.

Food taste great, when ording inside their super fast but little slower when delivering but not complaining cause they stay SUPER BUSY. They probably visit our office 6 or 7 times a day. The Italian night club is my favorite.

I have been coming here for a long time. They have always been fast. Food is just okay. However, the employees are not very friendly. The place tends to be dirty and unkept. Tables are rarely wiped down. There used to be a men’s and women’s restroom. They then went with two unisex and finally down to one. The second was claimed for employees only. It feels like the employees are doing you a favor when serving you a sandwich. Rewards program does not work in Drive-Thru.

Worst location. For quite some time now every time I’ve been to this location, the staff is rude and act like they are so inconvenienced by you ordering food. Today they really got under my skin. I ordered 4 sandwiches in drive through and the guy acts like I just ordered catering. Proceeds to ask me “to order online or call ahead of time for an order this size…it’s gonna be another 10 minutes” but the food comes out
